快時(shí)尚服裝產(chǎn)品的庫存管理

【摘要】:企業(yè)在現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)當(dāng)中正發(fā)揮著越來越大的作用。對于一個(gè)企業(yè)而言,,其運(yùn)營能力的高低直接影響了企業(yè)為整個(gè)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)做貢獻(xiàn)能力的大小。在各項(xiàng)運(yùn)營指標(biāo)當(dāng)中,存貨周轉(zhuǎn)率是及其重要的一項(xiàng),減少庫存對于倉儲空間的占用,同時(shí)降低庫存費(fèi)用并且控制庫存資金占用,幫助企業(yè)加速資其金周轉(zhuǎn)。庫存量過大所產(chǎn)生的問題包括:倉庫面積和庫存保管費(fèi)用不斷增大,同時(shí)提高了產(chǎn)品成本;庫存占用了大量流動(dòng)資金,不但加重了貨款利息而且會(huì)影響資金時(shí)間價(jià)值以及機(jī)會(huì)收益;庫存會(huì)造成產(chǎn)成品原材料有形和無形損耗并且造成企業(yè)的資源大量閑置,阻礙了其合理配置和優(yōu)化。 本文以ZARA、耐克等快時(shí)尚服裝領(lǐng)域的國際巨頭的運(yùn)營案例分析為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合中國市場、銷售以及運(yùn)營環(huán)境的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行了研究。研究的主要內(nèi)容,基于短生命周期產(chǎn)品理論,分析了快時(shí)尚庫存管理的問題以及這些問題的成因,針對服裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、服裝分銷企業(yè)、以及服裝終端零售企業(yè)分別提出了庫存管理策略。本文的研究成果不僅僅體現(xiàn)在不同快時(shí)尚服裝產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈上不同環(huán)節(jié)企業(yè)的庫存管理策略,更進(jìn)一步的提出針對快時(shí)尚服裝產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)的端到端供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同庫存管理的策略。本文的研究意義在于,通過針對快時(shí)尚服裝供應(yīng)鏈上生產(chǎn)、分銷、零售三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)庫存管理的研究,在傳統(tǒng)的服裝庫存管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出優(yōu)化快時(shí)尚服裝供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理的優(yōu)化策略.
[Abstract]:Enterprises are playing a more and more important role in the modern market economy. For an enterprise, its operational ability has a direct impact on its ability to contribute to the whole modern society. Among the operational indicators inventory turnover is one of the most important items. It can reduce the cost of inventory and control the occupation of stock funds to help enterprises speed up the turnover of capital. Problems caused by excessive inventory levels include increasing warehouse space and inventory maintenance costs, as well as increased product costs, and large amounts of working capital occupied by inventory, It not only increases the interest on payment, but also affects the time value of funds and the opportunity income; inventory will cause tangible and invisible loss of raw materials and lead to a large number of idle resources of the enterprise, which hinders its rational allocation and optimization. Based on the case study of the international giants in the field of fast fashion clothing such as Zara, Nike and so on, this paper studies the actual situation of Chinese market, sales and operation environment. Based on the short life cycle product theory, this paper analyzes the problems of fast fashion inventory management and the causes of these problems, aiming at garment production enterprises and garment distribution enterprises. And clothing terminal retail enterprises put forward inventory management strategy. The research results of this paper are not only reflected in the inventory management strategies of enterprises with different links in the supply chain of different fast fashion clothing products, but also put forward the strategy of end-to-end supply chain collaborative inventory management aiming at the characteristics of fast fashion clothing products. The significance of this paper lies in the research of inventory management of production, distribution and retailing in the fast fashion clothing supply chain, on the basis of the traditional clothing inventory management theory. The optimization strategy of inventory management in fast fashion clothing supply chain is put forward.
