供應(yīng)鏈動(dòng)態(tài)能力對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的影響研究

【摘要】:環(huán)境的動(dòng)蕩變化使得企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模式由靜態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)演變成為動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),動(dòng)態(tài)能力已被視為企業(yè)獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的源泉,而供應(yīng)鏈管理對(duì)企業(yè)日趨重要。因而本文研究供應(yīng)鏈動(dòng)態(tài)能力對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的影響,通過理論推導(dǎo)和實(shí)證分析,解釋供應(yīng)鏈動(dòng)態(tài)能力的構(gòu)成及對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的影響,并提出管理建議。本文的主要內(nèi)容及結(jié)論如下。 通過理論研究,供應(yīng)鏈動(dòng)態(tài)能力由供應(yīng)鏈整合能力、供應(yīng)鏈學(xué)習(xí)能力和供應(yīng)鏈重構(gòu)能力三個(gè)維度構(gòu)成。 供應(yīng)鏈動(dòng)態(tài)能力的各構(gòu)成維度對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)都有正向的顯著影響,其直接驅(qū)動(dòng)作用機(jī)理是:供應(yīng)鏈整合能力能使企業(yè)保持資源稀缺性、難以復(fù)制性和難以替代性。供應(yīng)鏈學(xué)習(xí)能力能使企業(yè)持續(xù)地學(xué)習(xí)并吸收最新的外部技術(shù)以及市場(chǎng)、供應(yīng)鏈上下游等相關(guān)知識(shí)來適應(yīng)快速變化的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境。供應(yīng)鏈重構(gòu)能力使得企業(yè)的可控性和靈活性增強(qiáng)。而這些都提升了企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì);诠⿷(yīng)鏈動(dòng)態(tài)能力的企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)提升機(jī)制為:促進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈整合,強(qiáng)化企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈資源和業(yè)務(wù)整合,提高企業(yè)外部供應(yīng)鏈整合程度和供應(yīng)鏈上下游企業(yè)之間的信息共享程度。加強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈學(xué)習(xí),實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈管理者角色的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,注重知識(shí)共享學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)建設(shè),塑造開放的供應(yīng)鏈學(xué)習(xí)文化,并建立供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)盟學(xué)習(xí)組織。完善供應(yīng)鏈重構(gòu),推動(dòng)供應(yīng)鏈戰(zhàn)略柔性、運(yùn)營(yíng)柔性和結(jié)構(gòu)柔性管理。 環(huán)境動(dòng)蕩性對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈整合能力、供應(yīng)鏈學(xué)習(xí)能力、供應(yīng)鏈重構(gòu)能力與企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)之間的關(guān)系存在顯著的正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。因而要重視企業(yè)外部環(huán)境因素的調(diào)節(jié)影響,跟上技術(shù)革新腳步,并關(guān)注市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的變化。
[Abstract]:The change of environmental turbulence makes the competition mode between enterprises evolve from static competition to dynamic competition, dynamic ability has been regarded as the source of competitive advantage for enterprises, and supply chain management is more and more important for enterprises. Therefore, this paper studies the influence of dynamic supply chain capability on competitive advantage of enterprises, through theoretical deduction and empirical analysis, solution. The composition of the dynamic capabilities of supply chain and its influence on the competitive advantage of enterprises are explained, and management suggestions are put forward. The main contents and conclusions are as follows.
Through theoretical research, the dynamic capabilities of supply chain consist of three dimensions: supply chain integration capability, supply chain learning capability and supply chain reconfiguration capability.
The dimensions of the dynamic capabilities of the supply chain have a positive and significant impact on the competitive advantage of the enterprise. The direct driving mechanism of the supply chain is that the supply chain integration ability can make the enterprise maintain the resource scarcity, and it is difficult to replicate and be difficult to replace. The learning ability of the supply chain can enable the enterprise to learn and absorb the latest external technology and market continuously. Field, supply chain upstream and downstream related knowledge to adapt to the fast changing market environment. Supply chain reconfiguration capability makes the enterprise's controllability and flexibility enhanced. These all enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise. The promotion mechanism of enterprise competitive advantage based on the dynamic supply chain capability is to promote the integration of supply chain and strengthen the internal supply chain resources of the enterprise Integrating with business, improving the degree of enterprise external supply chain integration and information sharing between upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain, strengthening the supply chain learning, realizing the strategic transformation of the role of supply chain managers, paying attention to the construction of knowledge sharing learning platform, shaping the open supply chain learning culture, and establishing a supply chain alliance learning organization. Chain reconfiguration should be used to promote supply chain strategic flexibility, operational flexibility and structural flexibility management.
Environmental turbulence has a significant positive regulating effect on the relationship between supply chain integration capability, supply chain learning ability, supply chain reconstruction ability and enterprise competitive advantage. Therefore, we should attach importance to the adjustment effect of external environmental factors, keep up with the pace of technological innovation, and pay attention to the change of the market environment.
