【摘要】：四川長(zhǎng)虹電器股份有限公司算是國(guó)內(nèi)較早推行SAP項(xiàng)目的國(guó)企。隨著時(shí)間的發(fā)展,十?dāng)?shù)年過去了,部分產(chǎn)品公司開始發(fā)現(xiàn)新的問題與提出新的要求,其中長(zhǎng)虹電子部品公司(原電子器件公司)在經(jīng)營(yíng)過程中,對(duì)物料計(jì)劃、采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、成本、銷售的操作模式比較老化,不能夠很好的掌控企業(yè)的各種業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,財(cái)務(wù)核算方面存在待完善之處。因此長(zhǎng)虹電子部品公司準(zhǔn)備基于中國(guó)家電市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀以及公司未來發(fā)展規(guī)劃,公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層、管理層各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)管理深化的需要,進(jìn)行對(duì)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行全面的管理流程優(yōu)化。本論文以電子部品公司ERP-PPCO軟件系統(tǒng)的分析、設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、測(cè)試和運(yùn)維的全過程為研究對(duì)象,在研究過程中主要進(jìn)行了以下幾個(gè)方面的工作:(1)電子部品公司生產(chǎn)制造、成本管理業(yè)務(wù)及流程的研究。通過該公司業(yè)務(wù)流程的大量調(diào)研,收集到了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)、數(shù)據(jù)、功能等方面的需求。在充分理解用戶需求的基礎(chǔ)之上結(jié)合軟件開發(fā)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),對(duì)生產(chǎn)制造、成本管理業(yè)務(wù)流程及數(shù)據(jù)流程進(jìn)行了整理和設(shè)計(jì)。(2)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的研究。調(diào)研該公司軟硬件條件的情況,安全性以及用戶數(shù)等因素,本系統(tǒng)根據(jù)ERP系統(tǒng)配置實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的便利性、有效性;由于使用系統(tǒng)的都是公司內(nèi)部職員,因此系統(tǒng)的并發(fā)用戶數(shù)能夠得到有效地控制,最終保障了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。(3)對(duì)ERP原理的研究。它是整合了企業(yè)管理理念、業(yè)務(wù)流程、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、人力物力、計(jì)算機(jī)硬件和軟件于一體的企業(yè)資源管理系統(tǒng)。它能夠合理的調(diào)配資源,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)管理現(xiàn)代化和經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。(4)關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫的學(xué)習(xí)和研究。對(duì)目前市面上主流的Oracle、Sqlserver、Mysql、DB2等關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫的功能、性能等因素進(jìn)行了研究和對(duì)比。根據(jù)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況采用DB2做為本課題的數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. is a relatively early implementation of the SAP project in the state-owned enterprises.With the development of time, more than ten years have passed, and some product companies have begun to discover new problems and put forward new requirements. Among them, Changhong Electronic products Company (formerly the Electronic Devices Company), in its business process, plans, procures, and produces materials.The operation mode of cost and sales is aging and can not control all kinds of business development well. There are some problems in financial accounting.Therefore, Changhong Electronics products Company is prepared to conduct basic data on the need for deepening management based on the current situation of the Chinese household appliance market environment and the company's future development plan.Supply chain overall management process optimization.This thesis takes the whole process of ERP-PPCO software system analysis, design, development, test and operation and maintenance as the research object. In the research process, we mainly carry out the following work: 1) the production and manufacture of electronic products company.Research on cost management business and process.Through a lot of research on the business process of the company, the requirements of the system such as business, data, function and so on have been collected.On the basis of fully understanding the requirements of users and combining with the basic knowledge of software development, this paper studies the production manufacturing, cost management business processes and data processes, and designs the architecture of the system.By investigating the conditions of the company's hardware and software, security and the number of users, this system realizes the convenience and effectiveness of the system according to the configuration of the ERP system.Therefore, the number of concurrent users of the system can be effectively controlled, and finally the stability of the system is guaranteed.It is an enterprise resource management system which integrates enterprise management idea, business process, basic data, manpower and material resources, computer hardware and software.It can allocate resources reasonably, so as to realize the study and research of management modernization and economic benefit.The function and performance of relational database such as Oracle SQL Server DB2 and so on are studied and compared.According to the actual situation of the enterprise, DB2 is adopted as the database management system of this subject.
