基于SD的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈契約協(xié)調(diào)模型構(gòu)建及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著環(huán)保意識(shí)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),企業(yè)實(shí)施以循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)為核心的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈管理成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇。閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈管理最深刻的意義在于通過(guò)產(chǎn)品的循環(huán)再利用,不僅降低產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)價(jià)格,提高閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈各企業(yè)的效益及整體效益,而且減少資源消耗和廢棄品的垃圾排放量,從而提升企業(yè)環(huán)境績(jī)效。閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈契約將成員間的權(quán)利、責(zé)任通過(guò)合同的形式確定下來(lái),從制度上對(duì)合作雙方進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào),有助于分擔(dān)不確定性因素引起的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、克服成員的雙重邊際化效應(yīng)、提升系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行績(jī)效。 本文基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法,在分析信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)及環(huán)境政策影響下閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的動(dòng)態(tài)行為模式基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈基本契約協(xié)調(diào)模型,并結(jié)合算例,使用VENSIM軟件仿真研究契約對(duì)閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的影響及契約參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):契約能夠有效協(xié)調(diào)閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈成員間的關(guān)系,提高各級(jí)成員及閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的整體效益;但在契約實(shí)施過(guò)程中,契約參數(shù)的設(shè)定尤為重要。在基本契約之上構(gòu)建組合契約協(xié)調(diào)模型,以期尋找更優(yōu)的契約模式協(xié)調(diào)閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作。通過(guò)研究突發(fā)事件下的三級(jí)閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型發(fā)現(xiàn)突發(fā)事件嚴(yán)重?cái)_亂了閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的正常運(yùn)作,運(yùn)用組合契約協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對(duì)引起多因素變動(dòng)的突發(fā)事件的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈,發(fā)現(xiàn)組合契約可以很好地協(xié)調(diào)突發(fā)事件下的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈。并通過(guò)對(duì)契約決策仿真結(jié)果的定量分析給出各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前頻發(fā)的突發(fā)事件的最優(yōu)契約策略。希望本文的研究可以為實(shí)際中閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的契約協(xié)調(diào)決策提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the enhancement of the consciousness of environmental protection and sustainable development, it is a strategic choice for enterprises to implement closed-loop supply chain management with circular economy as the core.The most profound significance of closed-loop supply chain management lies in reducing the production price of products, improving the benefit and overall benefit of the enterprises in the closed-loop supply chain, and reducing the consumption of resources and the waste emissions through the recycling of products.In order to improve the environmental performance of enterprises.Closed-loop supply chain contract determines the rights and responsibilities of the members through the form of contracts and coordinates the cooperative parties from the system, which helps to share the risks caused by uncertainty factors and overcome the double marginalization effect of members.Improve system performance.Based on the system dynamics method and the analysis of the dynamic behavior model of the closed-loop supply chain system under the influence of information asymmetry and environmental policy, this paper constructs the basic contract coordination model of the closed-loop supply chain.The influence of contract on closed-loop supply chain and the rule of variation of contract parameters are studied by VENSIM software.It is found that the contract can effectively coordinate the relationship between the members of the closed-loop supply chain and improve the overall benefit of the members at all levels and the closed-loop supply chain, but in the process of contract implementation, the setting of contract parameters is particularly important.In order to find a better contract mode to coordinate the operation of the closed-loop supply chain system, a composite contract coordination model is constructed on the basis of the basic contract.By studying the dynamic model of the three-level closed-loop supply chain under the emergency, it is found that the emergency seriously disturbs the normal operation of the closed-loop supply chain, and the combination contract is used to coordinate the response to the closed-loop supply chain with multi-factor changes.It is found that the combined contract can coordinate the closed-loop supply chain well.Based on the quantitative analysis of the simulation results of contract decision, the optimal contract strategy for the enterprises to coordinate and respond to the frequent emergencies is given.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a useful reference for the contract coordination decision of closed-loop supply chain in practice.
