【摘要】：研究考慮服務(wù)集成商具有企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任行為,服務(wù)提供商進(jìn)行服務(wù)質(zhì)量努力的服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈最優(yōu)策略問題.在量化企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任和服務(wù)質(zhì)量努力的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了具有行為特征的提供商和集成商的效用函數(shù),并以服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈成員效用最大化為目標(biāo),對(duì)模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,得到不同約束條件下最優(yōu)的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任、服務(wù)質(zhì)量努力以及價(jià)格等最優(yōu)決策策略.通過數(shù)值仿真發(fā)現(xiàn):首先,多數(shù)情形下服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈成員的最優(yōu)效用分別與集成商對(duì)社會(huì)責(zé)任投資預(yù)算的上限和提供商對(duì)服務(wù)質(zhì)量努力投資預(yù)算的上限成正比.其次,為保證效用最大化,集成商在提高企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的同時(shí),應(yīng)盡可能選擇質(zhì)量努力較高的提供商進(jìn)行協(xié)作.第三,提供商為獲得最優(yōu)效用,應(yīng)盡量選擇企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任較好的集成商進(jìn)行協(xié)作.但提供商不可盲目通過提高質(zhì)量努力投資預(yù)算來增加企業(yè)效用.
[Abstract]:This paper studies the optimal strategy of service supply chain considering the CSR behavior of service integrators and service providers' service quality efforts.On the basis of quantifying corporate social responsibility and service quality, the utility functions of providers and integrators with behavioral characteristics are established, and the model is optimized and analyzed with the aim of maximizing the utility of service supply chain members.The optimal decision strategies such as corporate social responsibility, service quality effort and price are obtained under different constraints.Numerical simulations show that: firstly, the optimal utility of service supply chain members in most cases is proportional to the upper limit of CSR investment budget of integrator and the upper limit of investment budget of provider to service quality.Secondly, in order to ensure the maximum utility, the integrator should choose the provider with high quality to cooperate while improving corporate social responsibility.Third, in order to obtain the optimal utility, the provider should choose the integrator with better CSR to cooperate.However, providers should not blindly improve the quality of investment budgets to increase the effectiveness of enterprises.
