【摘要】:本文研究的目的是:主要利用自組織理論體系中的協(xié)同學(xué)和耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論,解釋分析影響乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)協(xié)同演化的關(guān)鍵因素,以及乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的演化機(jī)理,為乳制品供應(yīng)鏈核心企業(yè)提升競爭力提供理論依據(jù)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,核心企業(yè)之間的競爭逐漸演變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈之間的競爭。在供應(yīng)鏈的研究中上,節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)間的作用關(guān)系及對系統(tǒng)的影響機(jī)理一直以來都是學(xué)界研究的重點(diǎn)方向,在現(xiàn)有的研究文獻(xiàn)當(dāng)中,從系統(tǒng)角度對我國乳制品供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行演化發(fā)展分析的文獻(xiàn)非常有限。本文立足于自組織理論,通過查閱大量的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),以供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的角度,結(jié)合當(dāng)前乳制品行業(yè)的行業(yè)特征情況來完成對乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同演化研究。自組織理論自問世以來,反響頗大,不僅使用于自然科學(xué)的研究領(lǐng)域,亦可應(yīng)用于社會經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的規(guī)律研究。本文利用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的研究方法,通過查閱大量的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)對乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同演化規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究。通過深入分析乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)特征,首先從定性角度解釋說明了乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的自組織性及其協(xié)同演化機(jī)理;分別從乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)演化的條件和動力來解釋乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)向耗散結(jié)構(gòu)的過渡。當(dāng)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的外部環(huán)境穩(wěn)定時,乳制品的創(chuàng)新研發(fā)能力不斷增加可使得系統(tǒng)的閾值不斷增加,當(dāng)突破其系統(tǒng)零界值時,實(shí)現(xiàn)向耗散結(jié)構(gòu)的的過度,系統(tǒng)由無序走向有序;在乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的外部環(huán)境因素及乳制品的創(chuàng)新研發(fā)力兩者的共同作用下,乳制品企業(yè)的盈利能力及生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平呈現(xiàn)出有序的變化。通過定性分析后,利用協(xié)同學(xué)來對乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的演化的具體過程進(jìn)行定量刻畫。在眾多的狀態(tài)參量中,弛豫系數(shù)小的狀態(tài)參量稱為序參量,是主導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)發(fā)生演化的主要指標(biāo)。因而,通過建立協(xié)同模型,來尋找出序參量是研究工作中重要的一步。通過對乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的分析,選定13個序參量,利用近六年來的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行觀察研究,通過對數(shù)據(jù)的無量鋼化處理及利用協(xié)同模型對序參量進(jìn)行求解后,得出乳制品的產(chǎn)量水平、乳制品的銷售收入、原料奶的產(chǎn)量和原奶單產(chǎn)水平和人均乳制品的消費(fèi)支出作為主導(dǎo)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的序參量支配著乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同演化。五個序參量分布在乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的四個子系統(tǒng)中,分別支配著系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同演化。在找出各個子系統(tǒng)的序參量后,建立起系統(tǒng)序參量勢函數(shù)模型來對乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的演化路徑的特征進(jìn)行刻畫分析,求解出系統(tǒng)演化發(fā)展過程中的拐點(diǎn),最后通過對系統(tǒng)及系統(tǒng)內(nèi)個子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行協(xié)同度的評價,對各個子系統(tǒng)的有效協(xié)同進(jìn)行分析,得出乳制品銷售環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)同度最低,原料奶生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)同度隨整體較高但波動浮動較大。最后,針對各個子系統(tǒng)及序參量,提出促進(jìn)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)協(xié)同演化的建議。本文的不足在于未對乳制品供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的耗散結(jié)構(gòu)做定量的深入分析,在系統(tǒng)失穩(wěn)突變的過程分析上缺乏較為具體的定量分析模型。

With the development of economy. The core of the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition between supply chains. In the study of the supply chain, the mechanism of interaction between enterprises and the influence of the system have been focused on academic research direction, in the existing literature, from the perspective of the system of China's dairy products supply chain evolution the analysis of the development of literature is very limited. This paper is based on the self organization theory, through the review of related literature, from the perspective of supply chain, combined with the current dairy industry.
