【摘要】：近年來(lái)，常常發(fā)生各種供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)录�。一系列慘痛的教訓(xùn)迫使企業(yè)和學(xué)者們重新審視當(dāng)前的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)，研究如何使供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)更加安全可靠，以減少失效事件的發(fā)生對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈的影響和沖擊。但是，無(wú)論供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)多么安全，都不能完全避免自然災(zāi)害、運(yùn)營(yíng)意外和人為事件的發(fā)生。 而對(duì)于半導(dǎo)體制造企業(yè)，它的供應(yīng)鏈具有外包比例持續(xù)擴(kuò)大，全球化程度高，供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜，信息傳遞不及時(shí)和市場(chǎng)需求高度不穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)，使其供應(yīng)鏈比任何其他供應(yīng)鏈都更加脆弱，當(dāng)面臨供應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、制造風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、分銷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)或者需求突增風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時(shí)，半導(dǎo)體供應(yīng)鏈比任何其他供應(yīng)鏈更加脆弱，如消費(fèi)品供應(yīng)鏈，更加容易發(fā)生失效。在這種環(huán)境下，半導(dǎo)體制造業(yè)迫切需要構(gòu)建對(duì)干擾事件以及失效或中斷事件的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有規(guī)避或事后快速恢復(fù)功能的新型供應(yīng)鏈，即所謂的彈性供應(yīng)鏈。目前，針對(duì)半導(dǎo)體制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈彈性的理論研究非常有限，因此，對(duì)半導(dǎo)體制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈彈性研究在當(dāng)前環(huán)境下具有實(shí)際意義和應(yīng)用前景。 本文從六個(gè)方面對(duì)半導(dǎo)體制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈彈性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探索。第一章介紹了本文的研究背景與意義，綜述了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，并介紹了本文的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)和研究方法。第二章介紹了相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論，包括供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、供應(yīng)鏈彈性的內(nèi)涵和提升彈性的策略，為后續(xù)研究打下了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章分析了半導(dǎo)體制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈特點(diǎn)和面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施并著重討論了面對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)r(shí)，供應(yīng)鏈彈性的重要性，，然后探索出衡量半導(dǎo)體制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈彈性的績(jī)效指標(biāo)。第四章首先介紹了Y公司概況、工廠全球布局；然后，介紹了Y公司供應(yīng)鏈仿真模型的層級(jí)架構(gòu)；其次，建立了由三個(gè)備選供應(yīng)商、兩個(gè)制造商、一個(gè)分銷中心、兩個(gè)VMI和終端客戶區(qū)組成的四級(jí)三階段供應(yīng)鏈，描述了當(dāng)前供應(yīng)鏈各級(jí)運(yùn)作參數(shù)；對(duì)仿真數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了定義；展示了模型建好之后的情況。第五章對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了設(shè)置，研究了需求突增風(fēng)險(xiǎn)下，采取策略前和采取策略后該供應(yīng)鏈彈性的績(jī)效表現(xiàn)。 第六章總結(jié)了本文的主要研究成果及結(jié)論、研究中存在的不足以及后期需要進(jìn)一步研究的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a variety of supply chain failures often occur.A series of painful lessons have forced enterprises and scholars to re-examine the current supply chain network and study how to make the supply chain network more secure and reliable in order to reduce the impact and impact of failure events on the supply chain.However, no matter how secure the supply chain network is, it can not completely avoid the occurrence of natural disasters, operational accidents and man-made events.For semiconductor manufacturing enterprises, its supply chain is characterized by continuous expansion of outsourcing proportion, high degree of globalization, complexity of supply chain, untimely transmission of information and highly unstable market demand.Make its supply chain more vulnerable than any other supply chain, and when faced with supply risk, manufacturing risk, distribution risk or demand surge risk, semiconductor supply chain is more vulnerable than any other supply chain.Such as consumer goods supply chain, more prone to failure.In this environment, the semiconductor manufacturing industry urgently needs to construct a new type of supply chain which can avoid or recover quickly the risk of interference events and failure or interruption events, that is, the so-called elastic supply chain.At present, the theoretical research on supply chain elasticity of semiconductor manufacturing enterprises is very limited. Therefore, the research on supply chain elasticity of semiconductor manufacturing enterprises has practical significance and application prospect in the current environment.This paper explores the supply chain elasticity of semiconductor manufacturing enterprises from six aspects.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and introduces the content structure and research methods of this paper.The second chapter introduces the relevant basic theories, including supply chain risk management, the connotation of supply chain elasticity and the strategy of promoting elasticity, which lays a theoretical foundation for further research.The third chapter analyzes the supply chain characteristics and risks faced by semiconductor manufacturing enterprises, and discusses the importance of supply chain elasticity in the face of supply chain failure.Then it explores the performance index to measure the supply chain elasticity of semiconductor manufacturing enterprises.The fourth chapter introduces Y Company's general situation, factory global layout, and then introduces the hierarchy of Y Company's supply chain simulation model. Secondly, it establishes three alternative suppliers, two manufacturers and a distribution center.The four-stage three-stage supply chain composed of two VMI and the terminal customer area describes the operation parameters of the current supply chain at all levels defines the simulation data and shows the situation after the model has been built.The fifth chapter sets up the model and studies the performance of the supply chain elasticity before and after the adoption of strategy under the risk of sudden increase in demand.The sixth chapter summarizes the main research results and conclusions, the shortcomings of the research and the problems that need further study in the later period.
