本文選題：澳大利亞　切入點(diǎn)：金融支持　出處：《世界農(nóng)業(yè)》2017年08期

【摘要】：本文從金融立法、金融機(jī)構(gòu)的金融服務(wù)、政府的金融服務(wù)及澳大利亞乳業(yè)局的產(chǎn)業(yè)基金項(xiàng)目投資這幾個(gè)方面對(duì)澳大利亞金融支持奶業(yè)的舉措進(jìn)行梳理。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),澳大利亞奶業(yè)金融立法先行,為金融政策的落地起到了很好的規(guī)范實(shí)施和保障作用;金融機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)奶業(yè)積極性較高,尤其為奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)順暢了融資渠道;政府通過直接或間接的資金救濟(jì)與金融服務(wù),不斷優(yōu)化奶業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),注重提高奶農(nóng)自力更生的能力;澳大利亞通過對(duì)奶農(nóng)征收服務(wù)稅,建立產(chǎn)業(yè)基金進(jìn)行全奶業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的項(xiàng)目投資,促進(jìn)了澳大利亞奶業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提升了產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力。澳大利亞金融支持奶業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得中國學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the financial legislation, financial services of financial institutions, government financial services and the Australian dairy industry fund project investment in these aspects of Australia's financial support for dairy industry measures to sort out.It is found that the financial legislation of Australian dairy industry has played a good role in the implementation and protection of the financial policy, and the financial institutions have a high enthusiasm for the dairy industry, especially for the dairy cattle industry to smooth the financing channel;Through direct or indirect financial relief and financial services, the government continuously optimizes the dairy industry structure and focuses on improving the self-reliance of dairy farmers; Australia imposes a service tax on dairy farmers.The establishment of industry fund to invest in the whole dairy supply chain has promoted the sustainable development of Australian dairy industry and enhanced the international competitiveness of the industry.The Australian financial support dairy industry development experience is worth learning and drawing lessons from China.
