基于第三方物流運作的VMI應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)間為了更快地響應(yīng)市場需求變化、搶占市場占有率、加強企業(yè)核心業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)勢,正在把非核心業(yè)務(wù)外包給第三方公司,通過加強整個供應(yīng)鏈的自動化、智能化、機械化等來提高市場競爭,第三方物流正是基于此而誕生的。庫存管理一直作為供應(yīng)鏈管理的重要組成部分,在傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈中發(fā)揮了不小的作用,但隨著環(huán)境的變遷,這種管理方式已無法適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,由此人們提出了供應(yīng)商庫存管理(Vendor Managed Inventory,簡稱VMI),這是一種有效的供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化方法,緩解了傳統(tǒng)模式帶來的牛鞭效應(yīng)。為了解決傳統(tǒng)VMI模式存在的信任、技術(shù)、資金和經(jīng)濟環(huán)境等問題,有效發(fā)揮供應(yīng)鏈管理的優(yōu)勢,本文提出了由第三方物流運作的VMI模式,由于第三方物流專有的優(yōu)勢,使得VMI模式中的許多問題得以解決,該模式增強了VMI模式的可行性和適用性。本文通過理論與實踐的結(jié)合,給出了第三方物流運作的VMI模式的實施步驟、方法和適合運作該模式的環(huán)境及注意事項,通過案例的實際操作證明了該模式的有效性。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:首先,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹基于第三方物流的VMI模式的研究背景和意義,對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)理論研究現(xiàn)狀做綜合的綜述,提出本文的研究思路和內(nèi)容;其次,對第三方物流運作的VMI模式的可行性、前提、優(yōu)勢、流程、步驟、相關(guān)技術(shù)支持給出了詳細的論述,同時給出了實施過程中的注意事項;最后以某第三方物流企業(yè)ZX為某制造型企業(yè)LX運作的VMI模式為例,具體介紹VMI的實施細節(jié)和運作成效。通過實施第三方的VMI模式后,物流運作水平大幅提升,如ZX企業(yè)進貨時效、出貨時效的達成率大部分都為100%。物料采購時間和完成客戶訂單時間分別從42小時和72小時降低到3.5小時和36小時。同時,也大幅降低了LX企業(yè)的物流成本,整個過程中未發(fā)生任何原材料的倉儲成本,通過VMI模式的實施,LX公司自有庫存率下降了70%以上,節(jié)約了大量的物流費用。
[Abstract]:In order to respond more quickly to changes in market demand, seize market share, and strengthen the advantages of core business, enterprises are outsourcing non-core business to third party companies to enhance the automation and intelligence of the entire supply chain.Mechanization to improve market competition, third-party logistics is based on this and birth.Inventory management, as an important part of supply chain management, has played a significant role in traditional supply chain, but with the change of environment, this management method can not meet the needs of economic development.As a result, Vendor Managed inventory management (VMI) is proposed, which is an effective optimization method for supply chain management and alleviates the bullwhip effect brought by the traditional mode.In order to solve the problems of trust, technology, capital and economic environment in the traditional VMI model, and give full play to the advantages of supply chain management, this paper puts forward the VMI mode which is operated by the third party logistics, because of the proprietary advantage of the third party logistics.Many problems can be solved in VMI mode, which enhances the feasibility and applicability of VMI mode.Through the combination of theory and practice, this paper gives the implementation steps, methods, suitable environment and matters needing attention of the VMI mode of the third party logistics operation, and proves the effectiveness of the model through the practical operation of a case.The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, on the basis of previous studies, this paper introduces the research background and significance of VMI model based on third-party logistics, and makes a comprehensive review of the current situation of relevant theoretical research at home and abroad.Secondly, the feasibility, premise, advantage, process, steps, relevant technical support of the VMI mode of the third party logistics operation are discussed in detail, and the matters needing attention in the process of implementation are also given.Finally, taking the VMI mode of the LX operation of a manufacturing enterprise ZX as an example, the implementation details and operational results of VMI are introduced in detail.After the implementation of the third-party VMI model, the logistics operation level is greatly improved.Material purchase time and customer order time were reduced from 42 hours and 72 hours to 3.5 hours and 36 hours, respectively.At the same time, the logistics cost of LX enterprise has been greatly reduced, and the storage cost of raw materials has not occurred in the whole process. Through the implementation of VMI mode, the stock ratio of LX company has decreased by more than 70%, and a large amount of logistics cost has been saved.
