【摘要】：“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略提出“要建立中歐通道鐵路運輸、口岸通關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)機制,打造中歐班列品牌,建設(shè)溝通境內(nèi)外、連接?xùn)|中西的運輸通道”,這是中國提出來的一個能夠影響全局,能夠影響中國經(jīng)濟(jì)、沿線國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的重大戰(zhàn)略,并引起全世界,特別是沿線國家的高度關(guān)注。國家提出的中歐班列建設(shè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃全面部署了今后5年中歐班列建設(shè)發(fā)展任務(wù)。開行中歐班列既是對接和落實“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的重要舉措,也是地方搶抓國家戰(zhàn)略和政策開放機遇,滿足新的要素配置需求、新的規(guī)則融合要求,帶動市場、產(chǎn)業(yè)、城市轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要載體。本文將近年新出現(xiàn)的經(jīng)營中歐班列的新型國際貨運代理企業(yè)——N公司作為研究對象,從供應(yīng)鏈的理論基礎(chǔ)出發(fā),運用文獻(xiàn)分析、資料分析、案例分析等多種研究方法,重點研究供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)理論及模式、敏捷性供應(yīng)鏈的概念及特點,從研究當(dāng)前中歐班列開行情況及存在的普遍問題入手,對N公司的經(jīng)營情況及供應(yīng)鏈案例展開研究,分析N公司所經(jīng)營的中歐班列供應(yīng)鏈的外部及內(nèi)部環(huán)境、競爭性態(tài)勢,剖析N公司當(dāng)前供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)及流程,并從敏捷性視角深入分析當(dāng)前供應(yīng)鏈存在的問題,探索敏捷供應(yīng)鏈模式,最終針對N公司提出基于國際化的敏捷供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)建及實施對策。
[Abstract]:The strategy of "Belt and Road" proposes "to establish a railway transport channel for China and the EU, a mechanism for coordinating customs clearance at ports, a brand name for Ban-EU, a transportation channel linking East and West, and a link between China and the West".This is a major strategy that China has put forward, which can affect the overall situation, the economy of China, the economy of the countries along the route and the global economy, and has aroused great concern around the world, especially in the countries along the route.China-EU Banlige Construction and Development Plan proposed by China-EU has fully planned the next five years.The opening of CEIBS is not only an important measure to link up and implement the "Belt and Road" strategy, but also an important opportunity for local governments to seize the opening up of national strategies and policies, to meet the needs of new elements allocation, to meet the new requirements for the integration of rules, and to promote markets and industries.The important carrier of urban transformation and upgrading.In this paper, a new international freight forwarder company, N Company, which has been emerging in China and Europe in recent years, is taken as the research object. Based on the theoretical basis of supply chain, this paper applies literature analysis, data analysis, case analysis and other research methods.Focusing on the supply chain theory and model, the concept and characteristics of agile supply chain, starting with the current situation and common problems in China and Europe, the paper studies the management situation and supply chain cases of N Company.This paper analyzes the external and internal environment, competitive situation, current supply chain structure and process of N Company, and analyzes the problems existing in the current supply chain from the perspective of agility.This paper explores the agile supply chain mode, and finally puts forward the construction and implementation countermeasures of the agile supply chain based on internationalization for N company.
