【摘要】：科技進(jìn)步和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，，促使物流在企業(yè)產(chǎn)品制造和人類日常生活及消費方式等方面，發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。為了降低產(chǎn)品成本，提高產(chǎn)品競爭力的目的，制造企業(yè)企圖通過局部運用新的技術(shù)和管理等途徑得以實現(xiàn)。然而這些技術(shù)和管理在實際運用中并沒有取得其本身期望的效果，原因不在于技術(shù)和管理本身，而在于這些技術(shù)和管理只在某個環(huán)節(jié)，或幾個環(huán)節(jié)取得了改善；沒有從整個鏈上，進(jìn)行綜合的管理和協(xié)調(diào)，從而使企業(yè)的經(jīng)營實現(xiàn)利潤最大化。本文結(jié)合A企業(yè)冷藏集裝箱及冷機(jī)制造的集裝箱行業(yè)的背景，通過對A企業(yè)的物流管理活動的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行剖析；并依據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈管理的基本理論和新興的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的運用，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，分析問題，并提出問題的解決方案。
[Abstract]:The progress of science and technology and the development of social economy urge logistics to play a more and more important role in the manufacturing of enterprise products and the daily life and consumption mode of human beings.In order to reduce the cost of products and improve the competitiveness of products, manufacturing enterprises attempt to use new technology and management.However, these technologies and management have not achieved the desired results in their practical application, not because of the technology and management itself, but because these technologies and management have been improved in only one link or several links;Not from the entire chain, comprehensive management and coordination, so that the business to maximize profits.Based on the background of the container industry made by refrigerated containers and chillers in enterprise A, this paper analyzes the current situation of logistics management activities in enterprises A, and according to the basic theory of supply chain management and the application of emerging Internet of things technology,Identify problems, analyze problems, and propose solutions to problems.
