【摘要】:供應鏈物流是現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的重要標志,是物流專業(yè)化和現(xiàn)代化的重要表現(xiàn)形式,其發(fā)展能夠給供應鏈企業(yè)帶來增值價值和客戶服務效率的提升。YH公司是傳統(tǒng)的物流服務企業(yè),在過去的發(fā)展中憑借“專注、專業(yè)、創(chuàng)新”以及為客戶提供優(yōu)質服務的理念,構建了遍布全國的物流服務網(wǎng)絡。但隨著企業(yè)供應鏈競爭的加劇、經營成本上升,公司的收益性、安全性、成長性和流動性等經營指標出現(xiàn)了明顯的下降,對YH公司的競爭力形成影響。而傳統(tǒng)的倉儲、運輸服務獲取的利潤空間將越來越薄。因此,發(fā)展供應鏈物流業(yè)務模式是YH公司亟待解決的關鍵和現(xiàn)實問題。 研究依據(jù)物流管理和供應鏈管理等相關理論與實踐應用,從YH公司現(xiàn)有物流業(yè)務中存在的問題分析入手,提出適合YH公司供應鏈物流業(yè)務發(fā)展的措施,包括構建供應鏈物流業(yè)務模式、整合基于供應鏈物流業(yè)務服務的信息管理系統(tǒng)以及提高物流管理人才隊伍素質的實施措施和具體方案。并且,通過在客戶服務中的應用,進一步完善了YH公司供應鏈物流業(yè)務的發(fā)展策略,以及總結出為確保方案有效實施應采取的保障措施。 研究的特色之處在于:YH公司供應鏈物流業(yè)務模式的設計方案,以客戶需求為中心,通過資源優(yōu)化整合,將“為客戶提供原材料或產品采購、產品銷售及售后服務”的增值服務整合到供應鏈物流業(yè)務模式中,形成具有自身特色的一體化、一站式物流服務以及物流金融等多渠道增值服務的綜合模式,從而最大程度地滿足客戶的多元化需求,增加公司業(yè)務收益,實現(xiàn)自身利益與客戶利益的雙贏。 研究的價值,一方面是為YH公司的業(yè)務發(fā)展設計了新的供應鏈物流模式,提升了公司的盈利能力和業(yè)務服務水平,改善了公司的經營狀況,提高公司核心競爭力;另一方面,為同業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流提供了參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Supply chain logistics is an important symbol of modern logistics development and an important manifestation of logistics specialization and modernization. Its development can bring value-added value and customer service efficiency to supply chain enterprises. YH company is a traditional logistics service enterprise. In the past, with the concept of "focus, professionalism, innovation" and providing high quality service to customers, the logistics service network has been built all over the country. Security, growth, liquidity and other business indicators have been significantly reduced, affecting the competitiveness of YH. Traditional warehousing, transportation services will gain less and less profit space. Therefore, The development of supply chain logistics business model is the key and practical problem to be solved urgently by YH Company. Based on the theory and practice of logistics management and supply chain management, this paper analyzes the problems existing in YH company's current logistics business, and puts forward some measures suitable for YH company's supply chain logistics business development. Including construction of supply chain logistics business model, integration of information management system based on supply chain logistics service and implementation measures and specific schemes to improve the quality of logistics management personnel, and through the application in customer service, The development strategy of supply chain logistics business of YH Company is further improved and the safeguard measures taken to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme are summarized. The characteristic of the research lies in the design scheme of the supply chain logistics business model of the: YH Company, which takes the customer demand as the center and optimizes the integration of resources to "supply the customer with raw material or product purchase." The value-added services of product sales and after-sales service are integrated into the logistics business model of supply chain and form a comprehensive model of multi-channel value-added services such as one-stop logistics service, logistics finance and so on. Thus to meet the diversified needs of customers to the greatest extent, to increase the company's business income, to achieve a win-win situation between their own interests and customers' interests. On the one hand, it designs a new supply chain logistics model for the business development of YH Company, which improves the profitability and service level of the company, improves the company's operating situation, and enhances the core competitiveness of the company, on the other hand, For the development of modern logistics industry to provide a reference and reference.
