【摘要】：寄售模式作為一種新型的庫存整合模式受到了越來越多的關(guān)注,而且已經(jīng)被成功應(yīng)用于很多行業(yè)。在各行業(yè)中,寄售供應(yīng)鏈間的競爭日趨激烈,與此同時有關(guān)寄售供應(yīng)鏈中的庫存控制問題的討論也層出不窮,因此本文基于收益共享契約主要研究了寄售供應(yīng)鏈的庫存控制策略和寄售供應(yīng)鏈間的運營決策兩方面問題。通過構(gòu)建分別由零售商和供應(yīng)商控制庫存的寄售模型研究了寄售供應(yīng)鏈的庫存控制策略,并得出在基于收益共享契約的寄售模式下,由供應(yīng)商或零售商控制寄售庫存的效果是相同的,供應(yīng)鏈所遭受的績效損失均不大于26.4%,而且在這兩種決策機制下,零售商的最優(yōu)收益總是大于供應(yīng)商的最優(yōu)收益。以第一部分的研究結(jié)論為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)兩條競爭供應(yīng)鏈的決策模式的不同,構(gòu)建了四種決策模式組合模型,并運用納什博弈和Stackelberg博弈模型進行求解,研究了寄售供應(yīng)鏈間的運營決策。各種決策模式組合下,通過對最優(yōu)均衡決策和收益的對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈的最優(yōu)寄售量和最優(yōu)收益不僅與供應(yīng)鏈自身選擇的決策模式有關(guān),而且還受到其競爭供應(yīng)鏈決策模式選擇的影響;而供應(yīng)鏈的最優(yōu)寄售價格只與供應(yīng)鏈自身的決策模式相關(guān),不受其競爭供應(yīng)鏈決策模式的影響,且供應(yīng)鏈采取分散決策模式時的最優(yōu)寄售價格要大于其采取集中決策時的最優(yōu)價格。并進一步給出四種決策模式組合下供應(yīng)鏈最優(yōu)決策和收益對需求價格彈性和需求交叉彈性的敏感性分析。本文的研究進一步完善了寄售供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)理論,為有關(guān)競爭供應(yīng)鏈的進一步研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。同時,也為也豐富了有關(guān)寄售供應(yīng)鏈的庫存控制策略的理論與方法,為深入探索寄售供應(yīng)鏈的庫存控制機理提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of inventory consignment model has attracted more and more attention, and has been successfully applied in many industries. In all industries, consignment supply chain in the increasingly fierce competition, at the same time to discuss issues related to the consignment control of supply chain inventory also emerge in an endless stream, so this paper mainly studies the supply chain of the consignment inventory control strategy and consignment between supply chain operation decision problems in two aspects of contract revenue sharing. The sensitivity analysis of demand price elasticity and cross elasticity of demand supply chain optimal decision and profit are four decision modes of combination. This study enriches the theory on supply chain, laid the foundation for further research on the competition of supply chain. At the same time, it is also rich in the consignment of supply chain inventory control the theory and method of strategy, provide a basis for further exploration on the supply chain inventory control mechanism.
