【摘要】:鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈包括原材料供應(yīng)、鋼鐵生產(chǎn)、鋼鐵銷售三個(gè)基本環(huán)節(jié),涉及原材料供應(yīng)商、鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、鋼鐵分銷零售企業(yè)、終端用戶以及物流企業(yè)。本文研究對(duì)象為一條三級(jí)生產(chǎn)型鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈,即原材料供應(yīng)商、鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、終端用戶組成的供應(yīng)鏈。由于鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈的復(fù)雜性以及所處環(huán)境的開放性,在運(yùn)行過程中不可避免的會(huì)遇到來自內(nèi)部運(yùn)作以及外部突發(fā)事件所帶來的各種不確定性因素,使得供應(yīng)鏈面臨著無法正常運(yùn)行,甚至鏈條斷裂的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。所以,提高鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力,由供應(yīng)鏈自身產(chǎn)生“由內(nèi)而外”的抵抗力,即增強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈自身的魯棒性,顯得至關(guān)重要。 通過分析鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),可以看出鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈中鐵礦石的供應(yīng)在價(jià)格、物流、數(shù)量等方面存在很高的不確定性。本文應(yīng)用供應(yīng)鏈不確定性理論、供應(yīng)鏈魯棒性理論以及系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,研究分析在鐵礦石供應(yīng)不確定性下鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈魯棒性問題。根據(jù)鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈魯棒性內(nèi)涵,確定了鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈魯棒性判據(jù),即鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈總成本、客戶未滿足的需求量,建立了鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈不確定性因素與系統(tǒng)魯棒性之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性;谇懊娴难芯拷Y(jié)果,建立鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈魯棒性分析的因果關(guān)系回路圖和鋼鐵供應(yīng)鏈成本系統(tǒng)流圖、客戶需求系統(tǒng)流圖。并且結(jié)合仿真算例,分別在鐵礦石價(jià)格、物流、數(shù)量供應(yīng)不確定性的干擾下,進(jìn)行魯棒過程情景分析。最后,通過動(dòng)態(tài)仿真結(jié)果分析,找出保證系統(tǒng)魯棒性所需的條件,為鋼鐵企業(yè)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行魯棒控制、制定魯棒策略提供了很好的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The steel supply chain consists of three basic links: raw material supply, steel production and steel sales. It involves raw material suppliers, steel producers, steel distribution and retail enterprises. The research object of this paper is a three-level production steel supply chain, that is, raw material supplier, iron and steel production enterprise, Due to the complexity of the steel supply chain and the openness of the environment, it is inevitable to encounter all kinds of uncertainties brought about by internal operation and external emergencies during the operation of the supply chain. The supply chain is faced with the risk of not running normally or even breaking the chain. Therefore, to improve the ability of steel supply chain to resist risks, the supply chain itself produces resistance from inside to outside, that is, to enhance the robustness of the supply chain itself. It is of vital importance. By analyzing the basic structure and characteristics of iron and steel supply chain, we can see that the iron ore supply in iron and steel supply chain has high uncertainty in price, logistics, quantity and so on. Based on the supply chain robustness theory and system dynamics theory, this paper studies and analyzes the steel supply chain robustness under the uncertainty of iron ore supply. According to the connotation of steel supply chain robustness, the steel supply chain robustness criterion is determined. That is, the total cost of steel supply chain, customer unsatisfied demand, the relationship between the uncertainty of steel supply chain and system robustness is established. The causality loop diagram of steel supply chain robustness analysis, the cost system flow diagram of iron and steel supply chain, customer demand system flow diagram are established, and combined with simulation examples, under the influence of uncertainty of iron ore price, logistics and quantity supply, respectively, Finally, through the dynamic simulation results analysis, we find out the necessary conditions to ensure the robustness of the system, which provides a good basis for the steel enterprises to control the supply chain system robust and formulate robust strategy.
