【摘要】：港口作為海陸運輸?shù)倪B接點和國際貿(mào)易供應(yīng)鏈的樞紐,實現(xiàn)著資源在全球范圍內(nèi)的自由流通。隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,以及對海洋的綜合開發(fā),舟山群島新區(qū)建設(shè)上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,這給舟山港口物流發(fā)展帶來了前所未有的歷史機(jī)遇。近年來,舟山港口物流快速發(fā)展,但也面臨著轉(zhuǎn)型升級、競爭力不足等巨大壓力。本文選取舟山港口物流為研究對象,以政府的視角,通過實地考察、調(diào)研,對舟山港口物流初步分析,揭示其存在的問題,提出舟山港口物流發(fā)展的對策建議。 本文寫作從五個方面來規(guī)劃,第一部分,主要介紹論文的研究背景,研究意義,研究的方法和思路,此外,通過查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料,了解國內(nèi)外港口物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第二部分,對港口物流理論、政府推進(jìn)港口物流發(fā)展的理論等方面進(jìn)行闡述。第三部分,分析舟山港口物流發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題。第四部分,提出當(dāng)前港口物流發(fā)展的特點和發(fā)展趨勢,研究政府在國內(nèi)外典型港口物流發(fā)展中的經(jīng)驗借鑒。第五部分,提出政府推動舟山港口物流發(fā)展的具體對策和政策意見。
[Abstract]:As the junction of sea and land transport and the hub of international trade supply chain, ports realize the free circulation of resources in the world. With the integration of global economy and the adjustment of industrial structure, as well as the comprehensive exploitation of the sea, The construction of new Zhoushan archipelago has become a national strategy, which has brought unprecedented historical opportunities for the development of Zhoushan port logistics. In recent years, Zhoushan port logistics has developed rapidly, but it is also facing transformation and upgrading. This article selects Zhoushan port logistics as the research object, through the field investigation, the investigation, the preliminary analysis to the Zhoushan port logistics, reveals its existence question, The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of port logistics in Zhoushan are put forward. The first part mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research methods and ideas of the paper. In addition, by consulting the relevant materials at home and abroad, Understand the current situation of port logistics development at home and abroad. The second part, the theory of port logistics, the theory of the government to promote the development of port logistics. The third part, analyze the current situation and existing problems of port logistics development in Zhoushan. Part 4th, This paper puts forward the characteristics and development trend of port logistics development at present, studies the experience of the government in the development of typical port logistics at home and abroad. Part 5th, puts forward the concrete countermeasures and policy suggestions of the government to promote the development of port logistics in Zhoushan.
