【摘要】：鞍山市SYH物資經(jīng)貿(mào)有限公司是經(jīng)營了9年的小微外貿(mào)企業(yè)，，主要出口鋼材初級加工制品。在成立初期，恰逢外貿(mào)高速發(fā)展及中國鋼鐵制品在國際市場具有低價競爭的優(yōu)勢，企業(yè)發(fā)展很快。而當內(nèi)外部環(huán)境因金融危機而改變后，企業(yè)喪失了競爭優(yōu)勢，長期經(jīng)營困難，停滯不前。是什么導致了問題的出現(xiàn)?問題的根源在哪里？如何解決目前的問題？企業(yè)的出路又在哪里？為了解決這些問題對SYH公司進行了全面診斷。 本文運用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理、信息管理、組織行為學、供應(yīng)鏈與物流管理、人力資源管理、財務(wù)管理與資本運營等管理學方面的知識，根據(jù)樣本企業(yè)的真實數(shù)據(jù)，對企業(yè)進行深入的剖析和診斷。 診斷報告全文共分為五章：第一章，簡述對SYH公司進行診斷的背景以及本診斷報告對其他同類型企業(yè)的借鑒意義，目前理論界的成果及文獻綜述，及該診斷報告的框架與思路；第二章，主要概述了外貿(mào)行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程，小微外貿(mào)企業(yè)的特點，SYH公司的發(fā)展及經(jīng)營概況；第三章，企業(yè)經(jīng)營診斷分析,包括企業(yè)競爭、財務(wù)、人力資源、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、風險管理五個方面的現(xiàn)狀及分析；第四章，在對行業(yè)內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境及SYH公司經(jīng)營管理分析的基礎(chǔ)上做了詳細的診斷總結(jié)；第五章，結(jié)合SYH公司的實際情況，提出對SYH公司的改善措施及建議。 本文針對被診斷企業(yè)“民營+小微+外貿(mào)”的企業(yè)特點，創(chuàng)新性地將應(yīng)用于大型國有企業(yè)，外資企業(yè)的診斷方法和模型應(yīng)用到小微企業(yè)中；并采用國際產(chǎn)品生命周期理論對SYH企業(yè)選擇外貿(mào)出口經(jīng)營產(chǎn)品進行了分析，使被診斷企業(yè)更加清楚的了解自身的內(nèi)部問題及外部環(huán)境的變化，并針對存在的問題提出切實可行的建議。
[Abstract]:Anshan SYH Materials and Trade Co., Ltd. is a small and micro foreign trade enterprise which has been operating for 9 years, mainly exporting primary processed steel products. At the beginning of its establishment, it coincided with the rapid development of foreign trade and the low price competitive advantage of China's iron and steel products in the international market. When the internal and external environment is changed because of the financial crisis, the enterprise has lost its competitive advantage, long-term management difficulties, stagnant. What caused the emergence of the problem? Where is the root of the problem? How to solve the current problem? Where is the way out of the enterprise? In order to solve these problems, SYH Company has been fully diagnosed. This paper uses the knowledge of enterprise strategy management, information management, organizational behavior, supply chain and logistics management, human resource management, financial management and capital operation, according to the real data of the sample enterprise. Analyze and diagnose the enterprises deeply. The full text of the diagnosis report is divided into five chapters: the first chapter briefly describes the background of the diagnosis of SYH Company and the significance of this diagnosis report to other similar enterprises, the current theoretical achievements and literature review. The second chapter summarizes the development course of the foreign trade industry, the characteristics of the small and micro foreign trade enterprises and the development and management of SYH Company. Chapter 3, the diagnosis and analysis of enterprise management, including enterprise competition, finance, Human resources, product structure, risk management of five aspects of the status quo and analysis; chapter 4th, on the basis of industry, external environment and SYH company management analysis of the detailed diagnosis and summary; chapter 5th, According to the actual situation of SYH Company, the improvement measures and suggestions for SYH Company are put forward. According to the characteristics of the diagnosed enterprises, this paper innovatively applies the diagnosis methods and models of the foreign-funded enterprises to the small and micro enterprises. Using the international product life cycle theory, this paper analyzes the choice of foreign trade export products for SYH enterprises, so that the diagnosed enterprises can understand more clearly their internal problems and the changes of external environment. Some practical suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems.
