安美特基于寄售模式的供應(yīng)流程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:寄售庫(kù)存(Consignment Stock,CS)是供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)的一種方式,它是指供應(yīng)商將出售的貨物寄存在買(mǎi)方的倉(cāng)庫(kù)中,在貨物沒(méi)有被買(mǎi)方使用之前,貨物的所有權(quán)歸供應(yīng)商,買(mǎi)方只有在使用貨物后才需要支付費(fèi)用。實(shí)施寄售庫(kù)存對(duì)買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方均能帶來(lái)很大的利益。對(duì)買(mǎi)方來(lái)說(shuō),供應(yīng)商可以保證其倉(cāng)庫(kù)的存量介于最低庫(kù)存水平與最高庫(kù)存水平之間,從而大大降低了缺貨斷料的風(fēng)險(xiǎn);在一定時(shí)間的范圍內(nèi),不必支付任何資金給供應(yīng)商,因而不用承擔(dān)與庫(kù)存相關(guān)的資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并減少了資金占用的成本。對(duì)供應(yīng)商來(lái)說(shuō),,可以根據(jù)買(mǎi)方的要求,靈活的安排自己的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃;可以降低自己的庫(kù)存空間,減少承擔(dān)與產(chǎn)品存儲(chǔ)空間相關(guān)的成本,在極端的情況下,甚至可以利用零庫(kù)存的倉(cāng)庫(kù)來(lái)存儲(chǔ)自己的產(chǎn)品。對(duì)買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方來(lái)說(shuō),可以降低甚至消除牛鞭效應(yīng);買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方可以形成長(zhǎng)期的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴;可以提高整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的響應(yīng)速度,使雙方利潤(rùn)最大化。 目前國(guó)內(nèi)大多數(shù)電子制造企業(yè)為了降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),與供應(yīng)商的合作方式均采用寄售的營(yíng)銷與庫(kù)存模式。在寄售的庫(kù)存模式與買(mǎi)方處于明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)的情況下,供應(yīng)商在保證客戶倉(cāng)庫(kù)不出現(xiàn)斷料停產(chǎn)的狀況下,如何簽訂相關(guān)寄售協(xié)議與優(yōu)化供應(yīng)流程來(lái)達(dá)到最大程度減低自身的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及公司可持續(xù)性發(fā)展就成為非常重要的研究課題。 安美特(ATO)作為道達(dá)爾(TOTAL)石油化工集團(tuán)的下屬公司,是全球領(lǐng)先為通用五金電鍍(General Metal Finishing)提供技術(shù)及服務(wù)為印刷電路板(Printed CircuitBoard)提供化學(xué)藥品和設(shè)備的供應(yīng)商。目前安美特與其主要的客戶均按照寄售的營(yíng)銷模式操作。在目前現(xiàn)有的寄售協(xié)議下(固定的產(chǎn)品價(jià)格,最高一個(gè)月的庫(kù)存使用量,每月出貨2次),通過(guò)建立相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)模型,在保證客戶倉(cāng)庫(kù)不出現(xiàn)斷料停工的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)下,如何具體優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有的操作流程與需要附加的寄售協(xié)議,達(dá)到盡可能低的降低公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的程度。 本文針對(duì)寄售庫(kù)存模式下的一個(gè)具體案例分析研究,優(yōu)化供應(yīng)流程作業(yè)及需要附加的寄售協(xié)議解決現(xiàn)實(shí)存在的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。通過(guò)此案例,本文希望針對(duì)寄售庫(kù)存模式提出更加完善的流程作業(yè)與寄售協(xié)議。
[Abstract]:Consignment Stock CSs is a form of supply chain coordination in which the supplier stores the goods sold in the buyer's warehouse, and the ownership of the goods is vested in the supplier before the goods are used by the buyer. The buyer has to pay only after using the goods. The implementation of consignment inventory can bring great benefits to both buyers and sellers. For the buyer, the supplier can ensure that the stock of its warehouse is between the minimum inventory level and the highest inventory level. This greatly reduces the risk of running out of stock; within a certain period of time, there is no need to pay any funds to suppliers, so they do not have to bear the capital risks associated with inventory and reduce the cost of capital occupation. According to the buyer's request, can arrange their own production plan flexibly; can reduce their own inventory space, reduce the cost associated with product storage space, in extreme cases, You can even use a zero-inventory warehouse to store your products. For buyers and sellers, the bullwhip effect can be reduced or even eliminated; buyers and sellers can form long-term strategic partners; they can increase the response speed of the entire supply chain. Maximize the profits of both parties. In order to reduce the risk, most domestic electronic manufacturing enterprises adopt consignment marketing and inventory mode in order to reduce the risk. How to sign the consignment agreement and optimize the supply process to minimize the financial risk and the sustainable development of the company becomes a very important research topic for the supplier under the condition that the customer warehouse does not run out of materials and stop production. Ato, as a subsidiary of Total Totall Petrochemical Group, is a global leader in providing technology and services to General hardware Electroplating General Metal finishing. A supplier of chemicals and equipment for printed Circuit Board (PCB). Ammett and its main customers operate in consignment mode. Under the current consignment agreement (fixed product price), The maximum monthly inventory usage, shipping twice a month, through the establishment of the relevant data model, how to optimize the existing operation process and need additional consignment agreement in order to ensure that the customer warehouse will not be cut off. Achieve the lowest possible reduction of the company's financial risk. In this paper, a specific case study on consignment inventory mode is presented to optimize the supply process and to solve the practical problems with additional consignment agreements. This paper hopes to put forward a more perfect process operation and consignment agreement for consignment inventory mode.
