我國企業(yè)組織文化與供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任關(guān)系以及調(diào)節(jié)因素實證研究

【摘要】:近年來,世界各國對可持續(xù)發(fā)展越來越重視,一些國際組織和政府相繼出臺了一系列法規(guī)和政策,對企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品安全、環(huán)境保護、員工權(quán)益保障等方面的做法提出了更高的要求。消費者對企業(yè)的關(guān)注也不僅僅限于其產(chǎn)品本身,而是把目光逐漸集中到企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任表現(xiàn)上,更加青睞于積極承擔(dān)供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任的企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品。但與此趨勢相反,我國的現(xiàn)實情況卻是,企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任感普遍缺失,這不僅使我國企業(yè)在激烈的國際市場競爭中由于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、安全、環(huán)保不達標(biāo)等問題失去了許多機會,更糟糕的是,還引發(fā)了一些嚴(yán)重的社會問題,如三聚氰胺毒奶粉事件、松花江水污染事件、富士康員工自殺事件、虛假捐贈事件等。因此,供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任缺失已經(jīng)成為制約我國經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的重要因素,如何基于我國國情、結(jié)合企業(yè)自身情況增強供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任意識、進行供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任承擔(dān)的改革,提高競爭力,對于我國企業(yè)而言已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。 本研究結(jié)合產(chǎn)權(quán)、規(guī)模等實際因素,探討不同類型的組織文化對我國企業(yè)承擔(dān)供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任行為的影響,旨在通過實證研究,一方面能為我國企業(yè)根據(jù)自身特點切實承擔(dān)供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任提供幫助,另一方面也能為我國政府和消費者對企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任表現(xiàn)進行有效的監(jiān)管和監(jiān)督提供依據(jù)。本文首先基于競爭價值模型和利益相關(guān)者理論分別對組織文化的類型和供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任的維度進行了劃分,并根據(jù)綜合概念模型構(gòu)造了二者關(guān)系的理論模型,同時在模型中引入了調(diào)節(jié)因素企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)和企業(yè)規(guī)模,提出了相關(guān)的假設(shè)。接著,本文使用軟件AM0S20.0構(gòu)造了相應(yīng)的二階結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,對理論模型和假設(shè)進行了檢驗,得出了以下研究結(jié)論:宗族型文化、創(chuàng)新型文化、官僚型文化對供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任都有顯著的正向作用;市場型文化對供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任的影響不顯著;企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)對宗族型文化、官僚型文化和供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任的關(guān)系有調(diào)節(jié)作用;企業(yè)規(guī)模對宗族型文化、官僚型文化、市場型文化和供應(yīng)鏈社會責(zé)任的關(guān)系有調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, countries in the world pay more and more attention to sustainable development. Some international organizations and governments have issued a series of laws and policies one after another to protect the product safety and environment of enterprises. The practices of employee rights and interests protection put forward higher requirements. Consumers' attention to enterprises is not limited to the products themselves, but they are gradually focusing on the social responsibility performance of the enterprise's supply chain. But contrary to this trend, the reality of our country is that the supply chain social responsibility of enterprises is generally lacking. This has not only made our enterprises lose many opportunities in the fierce international market competition due to problems such as product quality, safety, and substandard environmental protection, but even worse, caused some serious social problems, such as the melamine tainted milk powder incident. The Songhua River water pollution incident, the Foxconn employee suicide incident, the false donation incident and so on. Therefore, the lack of social responsibility in the supply chain has become an important factor restricting the economic and social development of our country. It is urgent for Chinese enterprises to strengthen the sense of social responsibility of supply chain, to reform the social responsibility of supply chain and to improve their competitiveness. Combining with the real factors such as property right and scale, this study explores the influence of different organizational culture on the social responsibility behavior of supply chain of Chinese enterprises. On the one hand, it can provide help for Chinese enterprises to bear the social responsibility of supply chain according to their own characteristics. On the other hand, it can also provide the basis for the government and consumers to supervise and supervise the social responsibility performance of the enterprise supply chain effectively. Firstly, based on the competitive value model and stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes the organizational culture. Types and dimensions of supply chain social responsibility are divided, According to the comprehensive conceptual model, the theoretical model of the relationship between the two is constructed. At the same time, the adjusting factors of enterprise property right and enterprise scale are introduced in the model, and the related assumptions are put forward. In this paper, the corresponding second-order structural equation model is constructed by using the software AM0S20.0, and the theoretical model and hypothesis are tested, and the following conclusions are drawn: clan culture, innovative culture, Bureaucratic culture has significant positive effect on supply chain social responsibility, market culture has no significant influence on supply chain social responsibility, enterprise property right has regulating effect on clan culture, bureaucratic culture and supply chain social responsibility. The size of enterprise regulates the relationship among clan culture, bureaucratic culture, market culture and supply chain social responsibility.
