【摘要】：中鐵L公司成立于2002年9月,注冊(cè)資本11859萬元,是中國鐵路物資總公司在對(duì)內(nèi)部優(yōu)質(zhì)物流資源進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整合的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)起設(shè)立的大型第三方物流公司�，F(xiàn)股東有中國鐵路物資股份有限公司、北京阿特斯投資有限公司和北京美迪亞置業(yè)有限公司。公司自創(chuàng)立以來,始終聚焦國內(nèi)蓬勃發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè),把發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流確定為公司發(fā)展的基本方向。公司以鋼材為主的大宗生產(chǎn)資料綜合物流服務(wù)為核心、鐵路物流和金融物流服務(wù)為特色,大力發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈一體化綜合物流業(yè)務(wù),擁有基礎(chǔ)物流、港口物流、鋼鐵物流、煤炭物流、金融物流、鐵路物流、機(jī)電接運(yùn)七大業(yè)務(wù)板塊,業(yè)務(wù)涉及鋼鐵、煤炭、礦石等大宗生產(chǎn)資料、快速消費(fèi)品、汽車等諸多領(lǐng)域。 2013年以來,受到國際國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的影響,公司的營業(yè)收入和盈利能力出現(xiàn)波動(dòng),并且在將來一段時(shí)間內(nèi)存在很大的不確定性。為此,本文從現(xiàn)代物流戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論綜述、企業(yè)內(nèi)部與外部環(huán)境分析、企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與目標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)和戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃保障措施幾個(gè)方面,詳細(xì)分析和列明中鐵L公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。 按照本文的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃實(shí)施,中鐵L公司將進(jìn)一步在市場競爭中大力發(fā)展,拓展業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模,實(shí)現(xiàn)營業(yè)收入和盈利能力雙增長,確保國有資產(chǎn)保值增值。
[Abstract]:China Railway L Company was founded in September 2002, with a registered capital of 118.59 million yuan, Is a large third party logistics company initiated by China Railway material Corporation on the basis of systematic integration of internal high quality logistics resources. Beijing Atters Investment Co., Ltd. And Beijing Media property Co., Ltd. Since its inception, the company has always focused on the booming domestic modern logistics industry, The development of modern logistics is defined as the basic direction of the company's development. The company takes the comprehensive logistics service of large production materials as the core, railway logistics and financial logistics services as the characteristics, and vigorously develops the integrated integrated logistics business of supply chain. With basic logistics, port logistics, iron and steel logistics, coal logistics, financial logistics, railway logistics, mechanical and electrical transport seven business sectors, business involved in iron and steel, coal, ore and other major means of production, fast moving consumer goods, automobiles and many other fields. Since 2013, under the influence of the international and domestic economic situation, the company's operating income and profitability have fluctuated, and there will be a lot of uncertainty in the future. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the design of the development strategy and objectives of the enterprise and the safeguard measures of the strategic planning, and makes a detailed analysis and listing of the strategic plan of China Railway L Company. According to the strategic plan of this paper, China Railway L Company will further develop in the market competition, expand the business scale, realize the double growth of revenue and profitability, and ensure the maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets.
