【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化進程的發(fā)展,全球制造業(yè)、流通業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)生了革命性的變化,這些變化體現(xiàn)在企業(yè)之間的競爭演變成供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭,目標(biāo)就是使整條供應(yīng)鏈的價值最大化,達到供應(yīng)鏈整體效率最優(yōu)。 首先,本文對供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)的形成、業(yè)務(wù)模式及供應(yīng)鏈管理進行分析研究,提出供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)發(fā)展中所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。然后引入A供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)做為案例分析對象,分析了企業(yè)的服務(wù)內(nèi)容、商業(yè)模式、盈利模式及企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟價值,同時,企業(yè)在面對國內(nèi)、外諸多競爭者中,存在客戶對服務(wù)品牌識別度低、供應(yīng)鏈專業(yè)人才缺乏及理財收益不穩(wěn)定的問題。本文以理論聯(lián)系實際的方法,從企業(yè)存在的宏觀形態(tài)到具體微觀現(xiàn)狀入手,以大環(huán)境分析、五力模型分析、SWOT分析和SQPM矩陣為理論依據(jù),對A供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)進行了定性分析和定量分析,確定企業(yè)整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及戰(zhàn)略重點,完成A供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定、戰(zhàn)略選擇。為保障企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的順利實施,通過開展體制機制與組織協(xié)調(diào)、人才隊伍建設(shè)、品牌運作執(zhí)行、產(chǎn)業(yè)集成發(fā)展、資本運營等實施,對A企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實施提供了保障措施。最后,總結(jié)了A供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實施研究并進行展望,從而實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的長久發(fā)展。 通過對目標(biāo)企業(yè)的研究,可以對從事供應(yīng)鏈的企業(yè)建立自身發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供方向性的指引,同時對研究供應(yīng)鏈理論的發(fā)展和實踐提供借鑒和新思路。對整個行業(yè)的未來發(fā)展、運作價值能提供新的思路,同時,起到拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, the global manufacturing, circulation and service industries have undergone revolutionary changes, which are reflected in the evolution of competition between enterprises into the competition between supply chains. The goal is to maximize the value of the whole supply chain and achieve the optimal overall efficiency of the supply chain. First of all, this paper analyzes the formation, business model and supply chain management of supply chain enterprises, puts forward the challenges faced by supply chain enterprises, and then introduces A supply chain enterprises as a case study object. This paper analyzes the service content, business model, profit model and the economic value generated by the enterprise. At the same time, in the face of many domestic and foreign competitors, there is a low degree of customer recognition of the service brand. Supply chain professionals are short of talents and financial returns are unstable. In this paper, from the macroscopic form of enterprises to the specific microcosmic situation, the author analyzes the situation of the supply chain by the method of integrating theory with practice. Based on the analysis of five forces model and SQPM matrix, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of A supply chain enterprises are carried out, and the overall development strategic objectives and strategic emphases of the enterprises are determined, and the development strategy of A supply chain enterprises is completed. Strategic choice. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the enterprise development strategy, through the implementation of institutional mechanism and organizational coordination, talent team building, brand operation implementation, industrial integration development, capital operation, etc., Finally, the research on the implementation of the development strategy of A supply chain enterprise is summarized and the prospect is given, so as to realize the long-term development of the enterprise. Through the research of the target enterprises, it can provide the directional guidance for the enterprises engaged in the supply chain to establish their own development strategy, at the same time, it can provide reference and new ideas for the study of the development and practice of the supply chain theory, and it will be helpful to the future development of the whole industry. Operational value can provide new ideas, at the same time, play the role of a brick.
