【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化迅猛發(fā)展的時(shí)代,多種業(yè)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,我國(guó)各種行業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展都面臨重重挑戰(zhàn)和壓力。在這樣的大環(huán)境背景下,對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)舊有流程的改造優(yōu)化與對(duì)企業(yè)適應(yīng)新的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形式的新流程設(shè)計(jì)、應(yīng)用和推廣已變得意義重大。企業(yè)信息化方面的建設(shè)已然成為企業(yè)流程改造的一條公認(rèn)的有效手段。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的信息化建經(jīng)和發(fā)展,ERP系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為集供應(yīng)鏈管理、客戶關(guān)系管理以及電子商務(wù)智能、和云技術(shù)于一身的企業(yè)管理軟件體系,大量的沖刺了國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的信息化管理范疇,企業(yè)通過(guò)信息化建設(shè)代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的手工作業(yè)模式,謀求更加快速高效的發(fā)展,已勢(shì)在必行。而電信行業(yè)更應(yīng)適應(yīng)從傳統(tǒng)固網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商向綜合信息服務(wù)商的轉(zhuǎn)變,在這個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中,如何利用信息系統(tǒng)快速、準(zhǔn)確地特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)與經(jīng)營(yíng)決策相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵性業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行深入分析,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)集成性并時(shí)時(shí)反映到財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的集成,實(shí)現(xiàn)帳財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)一體化的問(wèn)題,仍然是電信行業(yè)需要面臨和解決的問(wèn)題。本文以電信企業(yè)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程作為改造對(duì)象,對(duì)現(xiàn)有收入核心業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化的重新梳理,利用先進(jìn)的信息化技術(shù),對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化和改造。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)電信企業(yè)在總體管理和效率上的提升。本文將沿現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研、系統(tǒng)分析及設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)以及測(cè)試的路線進(jìn)行展開。全文以ERP的知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),以電信企業(yè)的實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)的收入核心業(yè)務(wù)為案例,詳細(xì)分析案例中舊有流程中存在的問(wèn)題,提出解決方案并制定可解決問(wèn)題的ERP技術(shù),利用計(jì)費(fèi)帳務(wù)終端機(jī)+BSS營(yíng)收稽核系統(tǒng)+SAP ERP的接口搭建,實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)費(fèi)帳務(wù)系統(tǒng)與SAP財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互與集成的整體方案,針對(duì)主要功能模塊涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)給出詳細(xì)的技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)路線。其后通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和部署,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)聯(lián)調(diào)及用戶測(cè)試驗(yàn)證,成功證明改造后方案的可行性,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電信計(jì)費(fèi)帳務(wù)與SAP財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)動(dòng)性以及CO-PA獲利能力的分析。最后,總結(jié)歸納整體解決方案推廣至其它網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)行業(yè)的可行性,并對(duì)論文的主要成果做進(jìn)一步的展望。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of economic globalization, the competition in various forms of business has intensified, and the survival and development of various industries in China are faced with numerous challenges and pressures. The transformation and optimization of the old processes in enterprises and the design of new processes adapted to the new international and domestic forms of enterprises, Application and popularization have become significant. The construction of enterprise informatization has become a recognized effective means of enterprise process transformation. After many years of information construction and development of ERP system has become a set of supply chain management. Customer relationship management and e-business intelligence, and cloud technology in one of the enterprise management software system, a large number of domestic enterprises in the field of information management, enterprises through information construction to replace the traditional manual operation mode, It is imperative to seek more rapid and efficient development, and the telecommunication industry should adapt to the transition from the traditional fixed network operators to the integrated information service providers. In this process, how to make use of the rapid and accurate characteristics of the information system, How to realize the integration of business data and financial data, and how to realize the integration of accounting and financial services, It is still a problem that the telecommunication industry needs to face and solve. This article regards the existing business process of the telecommunication enterprise as the transformation object, carries on the systematical rearrangement to the existing core business process of income, utilizes the advanced information technology, To design, optimize and transform the business process, so as to achieve the overall management and efficiency of telecommunications enterprises. This paper will be along the status of research, system analysis and design, Based on the knowledge of ERP, taking the core business of the actual operation of telecom enterprises as a case, the paper analyzes the existing problems in the old process in detail. This paper proposes a solution and formulates the ERP technology that can solve the problem. It uses the interface of BSS revenue audit system SAP ERP to realize the data interaction and integration between the accounting system and the SAP financial system, and realizes the whole scheme of data exchange and integration between the accounting system and the SAP financial system. In view of the key technical links involved in the main functional modules, the detailed technical realization route is given. Then, through the development and deployment of the system, field connection and user test verification, the feasibility of the modified scheme is proved successfully. Finally, the feasibility of extending the overall solution to other network operation industries is summarized, and the main achievements of the paper are further prospected.
