【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化迅猛發(fā)展的時代,多種業(yè)態(tài)競爭加劇,我國各種行業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展都面臨重重挑戰(zhàn)和壓力。在這樣的大環(huán)境背景下,對企業(yè)內(nèi)舊有流程的改造優(yōu)化與對企業(yè)適應(yīng)新的國際國內(nèi)形式的新流程設(shè)計、應(yīng)用和推廣已變得意義重大。企業(yè)信息化方面的建設(shè)已然成為企業(yè)流程改造的一條公認的有效手段。經(jīng)過多年的信息化建經(jīng)和發(fā)展,ERP系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為集供應(yīng)鏈管理、客戶關(guān)系管理以及電子商務(wù)智能、和云技術(shù)于一身的企業(yè)管理軟件體系,大量的沖刺了國內(nèi)企業(yè)的信息化管理范疇,企業(yè)通過信息化建設(shè)代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的手工作業(yè)模式,謀求更加快速高效的發(fā)展,已勢在必行。而電信行業(yè)更應(yīng)適應(yīng)從傳統(tǒng)固網(wǎng)運營商向綜合信息服務(wù)商的轉(zhuǎn)變,在這個轉(zhuǎn)變過程中,如何利用信息系統(tǒng)快速、準(zhǔn)確地特點,實現(xiàn)與經(jīng)營決策相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵性業(yè)務(wù)進行深入分析,如何實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)集成性并時時反映到財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的集成,實現(xiàn)帳財業(yè)務(wù)一體化的問題,仍然是電信行業(yè)需要面臨和解決的問題。本文以電信企業(yè)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程作為改造對象,對現(xiàn)有收入核心業(yè)務(wù)流程進行系統(tǒng)化的重新梳理,利用先進的信息化技術(shù),對業(yè)務(wù)流程進行設(shè)計、優(yōu)化和改造。從而實現(xiàn)電信企業(yè)在總體管理和效率上的提升。本文將沿現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研、系統(tǒng)分析及設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)以及測試的路線進行展開。全文以ERP的知識為基礎(chǔ),以電信企業(yè)的實際運營的收入核心業(yè)務(wù)為案例,詳細分析案例中舊有流程中存在的問題,提出解決方案并制定可解決問題的ERP技術(shù),利用計費帳務(wù)終端機+BSS營收稽核系統(tǒng)+SAP ERP的接口搭建,實現(xiàn)計費帳務(wù)系統(tǒng)與SAP財務(wù)系統(tǒng)之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互與集成的整體方案,針對主要功能模塊涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)給出詳細的技術(shù)實現(xiàn)路線。其后通過對系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和部署,現(xiàn)場聯(lián)調(diào)及用戶測試驗證,成功證明改造后方案的可行性,實現(xiàn)了電信計費帳務(wù)與SAP財務(wù)系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)動性以及CO-PA獲利能力的分析。最后,總結(jié)歸納整體解決方案推廣至其它網(wǎng)絡(luò)運營行業(yè)的可行性,并對論文的主要成果做進一步的展望。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of economic globalization, the competition in various forms of business has intensified, and the survival and development of various industries in China are faced with numerous challenges and pressures. The transformation and optimization of the old processes in enterprises and the design of new processes adapted to the new international and domestic forms of enterprises, Application and popularization have become significant. The construction of enterprise informatization has become a recognized effective means of enterprise process transformation. After many years of information construction and development of ERP system has become a set of supply chain management. Customer relationship management and e-business intelligence, and cloud technology in one of the enterprise management software system, a large number of domestic enterprises in the field of information management, enterprises through information construction to replace the traditional manual operation mode, It is imperative to seek more rapid and efficient development, and the telecommunication industry should adapt to the transition from the traditional fixed network operators to the integrated information service providers. In this process, how to make use of the rapid and accurate characteristics of the information system, How to realize the integration of business data and financial data, and how to realize the integration of accounting and financial services, It is still a problem that the telecommunication industry needs to face and solve. This article regards the existing business process of the telecommunication enterprise as the transformation object, carries on the systematical rearrangement to the existing core business process of income, utilizes the advanced information technology, To design, optimize and transform the business process, so as to achieve the overall management and efficiency of telecommunications enterprises. This paper will be along the status of research, system analysis and design, Based on the knowledge of ERP, taking the core business of the actual operation of telecom enterprises as a case, the paper analyzes the existing problems in the old process in detail. This paper proposes a solution and formulates the ERP technology that can solve the problem. It uses the interface of BSS revenue audit system SAP ERP to realize the data interaction and integration between the accounting system and the SAP financial system, and realizes the whole scheme of data exchange and integration between the accounting system and the SAP financial system. In view of the key technical links involved in the main functional modules, the detailed technical realization route is given. Then, through the development and deployment of the system, field connection and user test verification, the feasibility of the modified scheme is proved successfully. Finally, the feasibility of extending the overall solution to other network operation industries is summarized, and the main achievements of the paper are further prospected.
