【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)大危機(jī)席卷全球，并呈現(xiàn)著愈演愈烈的趨勢。在世界范圍的經(jīng)濟(jì)衰退形式之下，許多企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)：資金、市場，以及資源的種種不足，讓他們在寒風(fēng)中戰(zhàn)栗，舉步維艱。全球經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷，如何重新定位與分析供應(yīng)市場？采購商與供應(yīng)商，一條供應(yīng)鏈上的上下游兩端，怎么樣達(dá)成共識與合作？如何才能同舟共濟(jì)，一起渡過這樣的一個蕭條的冬天？是否已有清晰的采購戰(zhàn)略？是否真的理解當(dāng)前的戰(zhàn)略？是否分析過在多大程度上，通過現(xiàn)有的采購策略，能夠達(dá)成當(dāng)前和未來的目標(biāo)？是否確定目前與未來戰(zhàn)略間的差距并仔細(xì)考慮過為什么當(dāng)前戰(zhàn)略需要修正。 本文通過分析醫(yī)療影像設(shè)備企業(yè)的特性，應(yīng)用采購管理的理論，對這類企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略采購管理進(jìn)行了研究。根據(jù)醫(yī)療影像設(shè)備企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況，分析具體現(xiàn)狀和要求，提出了采購管理的重新定位，設(shè)立戰(zhàn)略采購部門，制定戰(zhàn)略采購策略，提升企業(yè)的采購管理水平。并以PH公司為例，，介紹PH公司實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略采購的狀況，分析PH公司實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略采購帶來的效果。 希望本文的研究能夠?yàn)獒t(yī)療影像設(shè)備企業(yè)在戰(zhàn)略采購管理體系建設(shè)及實(shí)施方面提供一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Economic crisis sweeping the world, and showing a growing trend. In the form of worldwide economic recession, many enterprises are facing a severe test: funds, markets, as well as the lack of resources. Let them shiver in the cold wind, difficult. Global economic downturn, how to reposition and analyze the supply market? How do buyers and suppliers, both upstream and downstream of a supply chain, reach consensus and cooperation? How can we get through such a bad winter together? Is there a clear procurement strategy? Do you really understand the current strategy? Has an analysis been made of the extent to which current and future objectives can be achieved through existing procurement strategies? Identify gaps between current and future strategies and carefully consider why current strategies need to be revised. By analyzing the characteristics of medical imaging equipment enterprises and applying the theory of procurement management, this paper studies the strategic procurement management of such enterprises. According to the actual situation of medical imaging equipment enterprises. This paper analyzes the specific situation and requirements, and puts forward the re-positioning of procurement management, the establishment of strategic procurement department, the development of strategic procurement strategy to improve the level of procurement management of enterprises. And PH company as an example. This paper introduces the status of PH company's strategic purchasing, and analyzes the effect of PH company's strategic purchasing. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some reference for medical imaging equipment enterprises in the construction and implementation of strategic procurement management system.
