文章摘要：采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、案例分析法等研究方法,通過(guò)近期頻繁報(bào)道的廣場(chǎng)舞擾民這一社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,引發(fā)關(guān)于城市體育休閑公共空間嚴(yán)重缺乏的思考,從而對(duì)城市體育休閑公共空間的缺失進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的研究.研究認(rèn)為,隨著人們生活水平的提高,健身需求的增加,人們身邊的體育健身場(chǎng)地顯得越發(fā)不足,體育休閑公共空間存在著嚴(yán)重缺失.導(dǎo)致這一現(xiàn)象的原因主要是城市化的快速發(fā)展,城市的土地顯得寸土是金,為了追求利益的最大化,而忽略了人們的根本需求.為了改變這一現(xiàn)狀,建議城市規(guī)劃部門(mén)應(yīng)充分考慮老百姓的需求,本著為民服務(wù)的理念,加大城市體育休閑公共空間的管理、投入及立法,從而有效地改善人們的體育休閑環(huán)境.希望該研究能為城市的發(fā)展以及城市管理部門(mén)提供理論參考依據(jù).

Abstr：In this paper, literature study and, case analysis were adopted to investigate the square dance distorbance to the residents＇ lives. This phenomenon occurred due to the lack of public space for physical activities in the cities, such as sta- diums or sports fields. It could be said that people＇s needs for physical activities had not been met because the fast devel- opment of urbanization had made the land more and more expensive. Therefore, the urban planning departments should give full consideration to the improvement of public space for physical activities and meet the needs of the people. Further- more, the management, investment and legislation of such public space should be strengthened.
