新公共管理中的反思、批判與超越

【摘要】：新公共管理理論的興起,對傳統(tǒng)公共行政的理論基礎(chǔ)、學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)、研究方法和范圍進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新,對解決政府的管理危機(jī)進(jìn)行了有效的指導(dǎo),并為西方政府的改革提供了新的模式和思路。本文從新公共管理理論的價值取向、實(shí)踐模式和立論模式等方面入手,對新公共管理理論的實(shí)質(zhì)進(jìn)行了客觀的分析,以其為行政改革和研究發(fā)揮很好的指導(dǎo)和推動作用。
[Abstract]:The rise of the new public management theory innovates the theoretical basis, subject structure, research methods and scope of traditional public administration, provides effective guidance for solving the management crisis of the government, and provides a new model and train of thought for the reform of the western government. Starting from the value orientation, practical mode and theoretical model of the new public management theory, this paper makes an objective analysis of the essence of the new public management theory, so as to play a good guiding and promoting role in the administrative reform and research.
