【摘要】：在"人職匹配"視域下,加強(qiáng)公共管理類研究生"新聞素養(yǎng)"的培育是社會對公共管理類人才的要求和高校公共管理類研究生人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的體現(xiàn),更是學(xué)生自身成長的需要。針對當(dāng)前公共管理類研究生對"新聞素養(yǎng)"培育的意義認(rèn)識不足,缺乏新聞理論學(xué)習(xí),基本功缺乏以及缺少新聞實(shí)踐機(jī)會,動手能力弱的現(xiàn)狀,對公共管理類研究生"新聞素養(yǎng)"培育準(zhǔn)確定位,從營造氛圍,創(chuàng)設(shè)培育平臺;提高認(rèn)識,理論與實(shí)踐并進(jìn)的路徑促使問題有效解決。
[Abstract]:Under the view of "matching between people and posts", strengthening the cultivation of "news literacy" for graduate students of public administration is the demand of society to the talents of public management and the goal of cultivating graduate students of public administration in colleges and universities, and it is also the need for students to grow up themselves. In view of the lack of understanding of the significance of the cultivation of "journalism literacy", the lack of study of journalism theory, the lack of basic skills, the lack of opportunities of news practice and the weakness of practical ability, To the public management graduate student "news accomplishment" the cultivation accurate localization, from creates the atmosphere, creates the cultivation platform; Raise awareness, the path that theory and practice go hand in hand impel problem to solve effectively.
