【摘要】：公共衛(wèi)生是以全民健康為目標的社會公共管理事業(yè),與預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科相互滲透;環(huán)境與職業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)是預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)的分支學(xué)科,環(huán)境和職業(yè)安全健康危害的控制和職業(yè)病防治也是公共衛(wèi)生的重要內(nèi)容。本文通過對公共衛(wèi)生定義、內(nèi)涵、社會屬性及其與預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)和環(huán)境、職業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)關(guān)系的論述,揭示公共衛(wèi)生和職業(yè)病防治的基本策略,及其所面臨的國際和國內(nèi)挑戰(zhàn),瞻望環(huán)境與職業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)和公共衛(wèi)生的同步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Public health is a kind of social public management which aims at the health of the whole people and permeates with the discipline of preventive medicine. Environmental and occupational medicine is a branch of preventive medicine. The control of environmental and occupational safety and health hazards and occupational disease prevention are also important contents of public health. Based on the discussion of the definition, connotation, social attributes and its relationship with preventive medicine and environment, occupational medicine, this paper reveals the basic strategies of public health and occupational disease prevention and control, and the international and domestic challenges they face. Look forward to the simultaneous development of environment and occupational medicine and public health.
