【摘要】：非營(yíng)利組織在我國(guó)雖然尚處于起步階段，但是己經(jīng)在社會(huì)公共服務(wù)領(lǐng)域初顯身手，，并發(fā)揮著日益重要的作用。我國(guó)非營(yíng)利組織能否變成一個(gè)更加職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化和社會(huì)化的社會(huì)工作機(jī)構(gòu)直接影響到其參與公共服務(wù)供給的質(zhì)量。要推動(dòng)非營(yíng)利組織職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化的發(fā)展，就需要有專門的社會(huì)工作理論、知識(shí)與方法來(lái)指導(dǎo)。因此，研究我國(guó)非營(yíng)利組織如何運(yùn)用專業(yè)的社會(huì)工作方法更加有效地參與公共服務(wù)供給，并解決其在參與公共服務(wù)供給中所遇到的問題變得極其重要。本文基于此背景，筆者主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析、案例分析、跨學(xué)科分析等方法展開論述。 通過對(duì)公共服務(wù)供給中非營(yíng)利組織參與的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)的研究，對(duì)探索有關(guān)中國(guó)非營(yíng)利組織參與公共服務(wù)供給的特點(diǎn)、運(yùn)用的方法以及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Although NPO is still in its infancy in our country, it has been playing an increasingly important role in the field of social public service. Whether China's non-profit organizations can become a more professional, specialized and socialized social work organization directly affects the quality of their participation in the provision of public services. To promote the professionalization and specialization of non-profit organizations, special social work theories, knowledge and methods are needed to guide them. Therefore, it is extremely important to study how to use the professional social work method to participate in the public service supply more effectively and to solve the problems encountered by the non-profit organizations in participating in the public service supply. Based on this background, the author mainly uses the methods of literature analysis, case analysis and cross-disciplinary analysis. Through the research on the theory and reality of the participation of the public service in non-profit organizations, it is of theoretical and practical reference value to explore the characteristics, the methods and the development trend of the participation of the non-profit organizations in the public service supply in China.
