【摘要】："大類招生、專業(yè)分流"的人才培養(yǎng)模式有利于提高高校的生源質量、辦學效率和人才培養(yǎng)質量,也有利于學科專業(yè)課程體系的調整和優(yōu)化。H大學公共管理學院的學生專業(yè)分流方案,存在學生選擇空間較小、分流依據不夠科學、分流程序不夠合理、分流的時間安排不夠靈活等問題。高校應在專業(yè)分流上給學生提供更大的選擇空間,即允許一些符合一定專業(yè)準入條件的學生跨學科選擇專業(yè);應該取消將高考成績作為優(yōu)先選擇專業(yè)條件的規(guī)定,并適當降低高考分數在綜合成績中的權重;應建立通暢的信息溝通渠道,靈活安排分流時間,以便學生更加理性地選擇專業(yè)方向。
[Abstract]:The talent training mode of "recruiting students in large categories and diverting majors" is helpful to improve the quality of students, the efficiency of running a school and the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities. It is also beneficial to the adjustment and optimization of the curriculum system of the subject and specialty. The scheme of student division in the School of Public Administration of H University has less choice space, less scientific basis, and less reasonable diversion procedure. The schedule of diversion is not flexible enough and so on. Colleges and universities should provide students with greater choice space in the professional diversion, that is, to allow some students who meet certain professional access conditions to choose a major across disciplines; Should cancel the college entrance examination achievement as a priority choice of professional conditions, and appropriately reduce the weight of college entrance examination scores in the comprehensive results; It is necessary to establish a smooth communication channel and arrange the diversion time flexibly so that the students can choose the professional direction more rationally.
