路徑如何選擇:社區(qū)教育融入社區(qū)治理的發(fā)展分析——基于杭州多案例研究

【摘要】:基于社會(huì)治理理論和杭州市社區(qū)建設(shè)背景,從社區(qū)教育融入社區(qū)治理發(fā)展的實(shí)踐問(wèn)題出發(fā),選取杭州市社區(qū)教育融入社區(qū)治理的典型樣本,對(duì)社區(qū)教育融入社區(qū)治理的路徑問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)教育融入社區(qū)治理的路徑各自不同,但在載體設(shè)計(jì)上都把握社區(qū)治理的核心要素,精心設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)教育的內(nèi)容、過(guò)程、形式與社區(qū)治理的核心要素進(jìn)行有效對(duì)接,進(jìn)而彰顯社區(qū)教育的本質(zhì)屬性和價(jià)值功能。本研究在提煉社區(qū)教育治理融入社區(qū)治理的創(chuàng)新路徑,驗(yàn)證社區(qū)教育融入社區(qū)治理的邏輯機(jī)理基礎(chǔ)上,提出社區(qū)教育融入社區(qū)治理的定位和機(jī)制轉(zhuǎn)向,通過(guò)多元素多途徑建構(gòu)社區(qū)公共學(xué)習(xí)空間,提升社區(qū)成員的學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)和參與意識(shí),增強(qiáng)歸屬感和社區(qū)共同體建設(shè),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)社區(qū)治理和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of social governance and the background of community construction in Hangzhou, the typical samples of community education integration into community governance are selected from the practical problems of community education integration into community governance development. This paper analyzes the path of community education integration into community governance. The study found that the path of community education into community governance is different, but in the carrier design, the core elements of community governance are grasped, and the contents, processes and forms of community education are carefully designed to effectively connect with the core elements of community governance. Then the essential attribute and value function of community education are revealed. On the basis of refining the innovative path of community education governance and verifying the logical mechanism of community education integration into community governance, this study puts forward the orientation and mechanism direction of community education integration into community governance. In order to promote community governance and development, the community public learning space can be constructed through multi-elements and multi-ways to enhance the learning consciousness and participation consciousness of community members, enhance the sense of belonging and community construction, and promote community governance and development.
