【摘要】：目前,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形式已日趨激烈,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)也不僅僅是停留在價(jià)格和產(chǎn)量的表面之爭(zhēng),更加注重品質(zhì)、注重服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)的共識(shí),質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響到企業(yè)的存亡,國(guó)家的形象,質(zhì)量已逐漸成為市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心力量。因此,提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、滿足人民利益、增強(qiáng)綜合國(guó)力等的內(nèi)在需要。江西省作為中部省市,正處于由粗放型向集約型的轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中,其質(zhì)量總體水平還不高,這也成為制約江西省經(jīng)濟(jì)健康快速發(fā)展的重要問題。因此,通過(guò)對(duì)江西省產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量狀況的分析,找出江西產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量背后的一些深層次問題,探索江西省提高質(zhì)量水平的對(duì)策,對(duì)促進(jìn)江西綠色崛起具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)閱讀法、社會(huì)調(diào)研法、個(gè)案分析法、比較研究法等方法,首先對(duì)江西省產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量狀況進(jìn)行了深入分析,找出其存在的質(zhì)量工作機(jī)制不夠健全、質(zhì)量安全隱患仍較突出、質(zhì)量監(jiān)管投入不足、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展嚴(yán)重滯后、企業(yè)質(zhì)量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng),管理基礎(chǔ)薄弱等六方面的問題。接著從企業(yè)、社會(huì)環(huán)境、政府管理三個(gè)方面分析了對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題產(chǎn)生的影響。最后,本文以質(zhì)量管理理論、公共管理理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)破解當(dāng)前江西省產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量狀況的困境提出了對(duì)策建議：牢固樹立科學(xué)的質(zhì)量發(fā)展觀念；加大質(zhì)量技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)投入,構(gòu)筑三大體系；加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理,保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全；實(shí)施質(zhì)量興省戰(zhàn)略,不斷提高經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的質(zhì)量與效益。
[Abstract]:At present, the form of market competition has become increasingly fierce, and the focus of competition is not only on the surface of price and output, but also on quality and service, which has become the consensus of the society. The quality of quality has a direct impact on the survival and death of enterprises. National image, quality has gradually become the core force of market competition. Therefore, improving the quality of products has become the internal need to transform economic development, meet the interests of the people and enhance the comprehensive national strength. Jiangxi Province, as a central province, is in the process of transition from extensive type to intensive type, and its overall quality level is not high, which has become an important problem restricting the healthy and rapid economic development of Jiangxi Province. Therefore, through the analysis of the product quality in Jiangxi Province, it is of practical significance to find out some deep-seated problems behind the product quality in Jiangxi Province and to explore the countermeasures to improve the quality level in Jiangxi Province. Based on the methods of literature reading, social investigation, case analysis and comparative research, this paper analyzes the product quality in Jiangxi Province, and finds out that the quality working mechanism is not perfect enough. The hidden trouble of quality and safety is still outstanding, the investment of quality supervision is insufficient, the development of quality inspection organization lags behind seriously, the quality competitiveness of enterprise is not strong, the management foundation is weak and so on. Then it analyzes the impact on product quality from three aspects: enterprise, social environment and government management. Finally, based on the theory of quality management and the theory of public management, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the predicament of the current situation of product quality in Jiangxi Province: firmly establishing the scientific concept of quality development, increasing the investment of quality technology foundation, To construct three systems, to strengthen the quality supervision and management, to ensure the quality safety of products, to carry out the strategy of rejuvenating the province by quality, and to continuously improve the quality and benefit of economic growth.
