【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,我國網(wǎng)民的規(guī)模逐步增長擴大,網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)成為重要的信息傳遞渠道和輿論媒介。近年來,各種公共危機事件不斷發(fā)生,三鹿奶粉事件、汶川地震、釣魚島事件、7.23動車事件、廈門公交車起火事件等,每次事件的發(fā)生都在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上引起熱議,對政府公共管理影響頗為顯著,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及客觀上加大了群眾參與群體性事件的可能性。網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體事件是公共危機情境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會中政府經(jīng)常遭遇的一種危機,在危機情境下,每一類網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體都有其特有的行為方式,對社會造成不同的影響,且各類群體行為并不是一成不變的,會受到各方面因素的影響從而進(jìn)行演化。眾所周知,網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為的演化與網(wǎng)絡(luò)危機事件的發(fā)展密切相關(guān),若群體行為朝理性的方向發(fā)展,可以促進(jìn)危機事件的解決和平息,相反則加大了危機事件對社會的不利影響,也使得政府對網(wǎng)絡(luò)危機事件的管控更加困難。因此,研究公共危機情境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中群體行為演變的影響因素有利于正確把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為的有效治理。已有的相關(guān)研究大多是從某一方面總結(jié)其影響因素,如根據(jù)群體動力學(xué)理論,提出與群體相關(guān)因素；或是從個體角度出發(fā),研究個體內(nèi)在因素對網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件演變的影響。但公共危機情境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為演變是如何發(fā)生的?影響公共危機情境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為演變的因素有哪些?其分類依據(jù)有哪些?目前還沒有較為系統(tǒng)的研究。本文在相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上將網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為演變分為四種類型,即傳染、耦合、誘發(fā)和轉(zhuǎn)化,并根據(jù)勒溫的場論及群體動力學(xué)理論歸納出網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為演變的四種影響因素,構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為演變影響因素模型,分析四種影響因素與公共危機情境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為演變之間的關(guān)系。以2012年7月中旬發(fā)生在我國大部分地區(qū)的暴雨災(zāi)害為例進(jìn)行實證研究,采用問卷調(diào)查的方法收集數(shù)據(jù),并運用SPSS18.0研究各影響因素對網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為演變的影響。結(jié)果表明：個人特征因素、群體結(jié)構(gòu)因素、事件特征因素和事件發(fā)生環(huán)境因素對公共危機情境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為的四種演變有部分相關(guān)或顯著影響。本文在此研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從群體行為影響因素、網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體行為演變類型和網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體類型三個方面提出了針對性的建議。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of network and the rapid development of network technology, the scale of Internet users in China has gradually increased and expanded, the network has become an important channel of information transmission and media of public opinion. In recent years, various public crisis events have occurred, such as the Sanlu milk powder incident, the Wenchuan earthquake, the Diaoyu Island incident, the 7.23 train incident, the Xiamen bus fire incident, and so on. Each incident has aroused heated discussion on the Internet. The popularity of the network objectively increases the possibility of mass participation in mass events. The network group event is a kind of crisis which the government often encounters in the network society under the public crisis situation. In the crisis situation, each kind of network group has its unique behavior style, which has different influence on the society. And all kinds of group behavior is not static, and will be affected by various factors to evolve. As we all know, the evolution of network group behavior is closely related to the development of network crisis events. If group behavior develops in the direction of rationality, it can promote the resolution and appease of crisis events, on the contrary, it increases the adverse effects of crisis events on society. It also makes it harder for governments to manage cyber crises. Therefore, studying the influencing factors of the evolution of group behavior in cyberspace under the public crisis situation is beneficial to correctly grasp the effective governance of network group behavior. Most of the related studies have summarized the influencing factors from a certain aspect, such as according to the theory of population dynamics, put forward the related factors with the group, or from the perspective of individuals, to study the impact of individual internal factors on the evolution of network group events. But how did the network group behavior evolve in the context of public crisis? What are the factors that affect the evolution of network group behavior in the context of public crisis? What is the basis for its classification? At present, there is no systematic research. In this paper, the evolution of network group behavior is divided into four types: infection, coupling, inducement and transformation, and four influencing factors are concluded according to Lewin's field theory and group dynamics theory. This paper constructs a model of influencing factors of network group behavior evolution and analyzes the relationship between the four influencing factors and the evolution of network group behavior under the situation of public crisis. Taking the rainstorm disaster that occurred in most parts of China in the middle of July 2012 as an example, the data were collected by questionnaire and SPSS18.0 was used to study the influence of various influencing factors on the evolution of network population behavior. The results show that the factors of individual characteristics, group structure, event characteristics and event environment have a partial correlation or significant influence on the evolution of network group behavior in public crisis situations. On the basis of this research, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions from three aspects: the influencing factors of group behavior, the evolution of network group behavior and the network group type.
