【摘要】：正目前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)不僅成為繼報(bào)刊、廣播、電視之后的第四大媒體,而且日益成為我國(guó)網(wǎng)民表達(dá)利益訴求、參與政治生活、行使監(jiān)督權(quán)利的重要平臺(tái),越來(lái)越多的網(wǎng)民通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)表達(dá)自己的利益訴求。但網(wǎng)民表達(dá)利益訴求的匿名性、自由性等,使其在很大程度上擺脫了現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)傳統(tǒng)道德觀(guān)念和道德規(guī)范的約束,放大了人性的丑惡和內(nèi)心陰暗面。網(wǎng)民在表達(dá)利益訴求的同時(shí),其不滿(mǎn)情緒在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上集聚并頻頻引發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情事件,對(duì)政府的公共管理構(gòu)成了
[Abstract]:At present, the Internet has not only become the fourth largest media after newspapers, radio and television, but also has increasingly become an important platform for Chinese netizens to express their interests, participate in political life, and exercise their supervisory power. More and more netizens express their interests through the Internet. However, the anonymity and freedom of Internet users' interest appeal make them get rid of the restriction of traditional moral concept and moral standard to a great extent, and amplify the ugly and inner dark side of human nature. When Internet users express their interests and demands, their discontent is gathered on the network and frequently triggered by network public opinion events, which constitute the public administration of the government.
