【摘要】：關(guān)于藏區(qū)治國方略--發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定長效機制的研究,主要是側(cè)重于從理論的視覺總結(jié)各藏區(qū)在維護穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展中的經(jīng)驗和做法,本文則是通過分析迪慶建立社會穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展的長效機制的成效,探索這些機制在藏區(qū)社會治理中的借鑒意義,有益于藏區(qū)社會治理的共性目標的研究。迪慶由于社會歷史、民族宗教、自然地理等多種原因,在社會治理中具有民族性、地域性和特殊性。迪慶結(jié)合國家藏區(qū)治理的重要戰(zhàn)略思想,在實踐中探索穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的長效機制,在強化民族認同、依法管理宗教寺院、社會治理體系創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)濟社會平衡發(fā)展等長效機制建設(shè)方面做出有益嘗試。總結(jié)迪慶近年來在社會治理中建設(shè)社會發(fā)展穩(wěn)定長效機制方面經(jīng)驗,對推進藏區(qū)長治久安具有重要借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The study of the long-term mechanism for the development and stability of the Tibetan region's strategy of governing the country mainly focuses on summing up the experiences and practices of various Tibetan areas in maintaining stability and development from a theoretical perspective. This paper, on the other hand, analyzes the effect of the long-term mechanism of establishing the social stability and development of Diqing, explores the reference significance of these mechanisms in the social governance of the Tibetan area, and is beneficial to the study of the common goal of the social governance of the Tibetan area. Due to social history, ethnic religion, natural geography and other reasons, Diqing has nationality, region and particularity in social governance. In combination with the important strategic thinking of the governance of the national Tibetan area, Diqing explores in practice the long-term mechanism for stable development, strengthens national identity, manages religious monasteries according to law, and innovates the social governance system. The economy society balanced development and so on long-term effect mechanism construction aspect makes the beneficial attempt. This paper summarizes the experience of Diqing in the construction of the long-term mechanism of social development and stability in social governance in recent years, which is of great significance for the promotion of long-term stability and stability in Tibetan areas.
