【摘要】：區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在政府公共管理領(lǐng)域具有巨大的應(yīng)用空間,稅務(wù)機關(guān)既不應(yīng)忽視這種潛在的革命性技術(shù),又要對其理性看待。維也納經(jīng)濟大學(xué)的Owens教授及其團隊對區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在稅務(wù)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用進行了深入的研究,本文對何謂區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)、其在公共管理特別是稅務(wù)管理領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用潛力、對稅務(wù)機關(guān)帶來的新挑戰(zhàn)等問題進行了深入淺出的分析。
[Abstract]:The blockchain technology has a huge application space in the field of government public administration. The tax authorities should not ignore this potential revolutionary technology and treat it rationally. Professor Owens and his team from the University of Economics in Vienna have conducted a deep study on the application of blockchain technology in the field of taxation. In this paper, we discuss what is called blockchain technology and its potential application in public administration, especially in the field of tax administration. The new challenges brought by tax authorities are analyzed.
