【摘要】：政府網(wǎng)站發(fā)展十余年,已經(jīng)成為政府提高公共管理服務水平的重要手段,政府網(wǎng)站承載著宣傳、信息公開、服務等多項功能,是充分發(fā)揮服務型政府作用的窗口。政府網(wǎng)站為政府公共管理能力的提升創(chuàng)造了條件。政府可以使用各種新技術(shù)手段實現(xiàn)信息化管理,收集信息、處理信息、傳遞信息、溝通信息將以更快捷、更經(jīng)濟的方式進行,公眾通過政府網(wǎng)站及時獲取政府各方面的信息,政府也能夠通過網(wǎng)站獲知公眾對公共服務的要求并對公眾提出的各種要求迅速做出反應,最大程度滿足公眾的服務要求。 政府網(wǎng)站已經(jīng)積累了大量數(shù)據(jù)。而且相關(guān)責任部門充分意識到這些數(shù)據(jù)的重要性,將數(shù)據(jù)做了存儲和備份。面對海量數(shù)據(jù),如何對數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析,并進一步深入分析并未形成體制,形成一定規(guī)模的應用。本文重點研究了BI在政府網(wǎng)站的應用。作者完成的主要工作如下：(1)按照一定的格式記錄網(wǎng)站日志,并對日志進行處理,使日志可以用于統(tǒng)計分析(2)多維度統(tǒng)計分析網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù),從網(wǎng)站訪問量、訪問區(qū)域、訪問來源多個維度分析,為網(wǎng)站維護、網(wǎng)站推廣、領(lǐng)導決策等提供依據(jù)(3)統(tǒng)計熱點服務,分析公眾訪問網(wǎng)站的實際需求(4)通過對用戶行為的分析,將關(guān)聯(lián)度高的欄目進行關(guān)聯(lián)方便公眾快速找到相關(guān)的信息。通過以上工作,使政府網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)的使用得到了全面的提升,網(wǎng)站報表工作效率大幅提高,充分了解公眾訪問政府網(wǎng)站的實際需求,政府與公眾的互動更加和諧精準,實現(xiàn)了政府網(wǎng)站為公眾服務的模式創(chuàng)新。 通過Business Intelligence[簡稱為BI,即商務智能)在政府網(wǎng)站的應用優(yōu)化了網(wǎng)站結(jié)構(gòu),在精準感知用戶的需求和體驗之后及時總結(jié),通過頁面優(yōu)化、欄目調(diào)整等措施有效地反饋,體現(xiàn)了政府的服務性,使政府網(wǎng)站和公眾之間形成和諧的互動。通過對網(wǎng)站訪問的深入分析,分析公眾訪問網(wǎng)站的規(guī)律,有計劃的做好網(wǎng)站日常運維,保證了網(wǎng)站的平穩(wěn)運行。
[Abstract]:The government website has been developed for more than ten years and has become an important means for the government to improve the service level of public administration. The government website carries many functions, such as propaganda, information publicity, service and so on, and is the window to give full play to the role of the service-oriented government. The government website has created the condition for the government public management ability enhancement. The government can use all kinds of new technological means to realize information management, collect information, process information, transmit information and communicate information in a faster and more economical way, and the public can get all kinds of government information in time through the government website. The government can also be informed of the public's demands for public services through the website and can respond quickly to the various demands of the public to meet the public's service requirements to the greatest extent possible. Government websites have accumulated a lot of data. And the responsible departments are fully aware of the importance of the data and make data storage and backup. In the face of massive data, how to analyze the data statistically, and further analyze the system without forming a system, forming a certain scale of application. This paper focuses on the application of BI in government websites. The main work accomplished by the author is as follows: (1) recording the website log according to a certain format and processing the log, so that the log can be used for statistical analysis (2) multi-dimensional statistical analysis of website data, from the site visits, visit the area, It provides the basis for website maintenance, website promotion, leadership decision making and so on. (3) Statistics hot spot service, analyzes the actual demand of the public visit website (4) through the analysis to the user behavior, It is convenient for the public to find the relevant information quickly by associating the column with high correlation degree. Through the above work, the use of government website data has been comprehensively improved, website reporting efficiency has been greatly improved, fully understand the actual needs of the public to visit government websites, and the interaction between the government and the public is more harmonious and accurate. The government website for the public service model innovation. Through the application of Business Intelligence (BI, Business Intelligence) in the government website, the website structure is optimized. After accurately perceiving users' needs and experiences, they are summed up in a timely manner, and effective feedback is provided through the measures of page optimization, column adjustment, etc. It reflects the service nature of the government and makes the government website and the public form a harmonious interaction. Through the in-depth analysis of website visit, the law of public visiting website is analyzed, and the daily operation and maintenance of website are planned to ensure the smooth operation of website.
