【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)素有綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)和無煙產(chǎn)業(yè)的美稱。揚州市瓜洲鎮(zhèn)是旅游資源較為豐富的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)之一,擁有1700余年歷史,交通暢達,文化燦爛,資源豐富。政府作為鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的引領者和推動者,擔負著規(guī)劃、開發(fā)、保護、營銷、監(jiān)管等職能,如何尋求政府在發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)中的職能最優(yōu)化,是發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)的當務之急。本文以“鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中的政府職能轉變”為研究課題,從政府職能轉變角度出發(fā),借助公共管理理論知識,運用調查研究、文獻梳理、實地走訪等方法,透過典型實例----瓜洲鎮(zhèn)旅游業(yè)中政府職能的現(xiàn)狀、問題、成因分析,探討政府在發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)過程中職能轉變的措施和方法,以期促進瓜州鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)在政府規(guī)制下科學、健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is known as green industry and smokeless industry. Guazhou Town in Yangzhou is one of the villages and towns with rich tourism resources. It has a history of more than 1700 years, with smooth transportation, brilliant culture and rich resources. As the leader and promoter of the development of rural tourism, the government is charged with the functions of planning, development, protection, marketing, supervision and so on. How to seek the optimal function of the government in the development of rural tourism is an urgent task for the development of rural tourism. This article regards "the transformation of government function in the development of rural tourism" as the research subject, from the angle of the transformation of government function, with the help of the theory knowledge of public management, using the methods of investigation and research, literature combing, field visit and so on. Through a typical example, the present situation, problems and causes of the government's function in Guazhou Town's tourism industry, this paper probes into the measures and methods of the transformation of the government's functions in the process of developing the rural tourism industry in order to promote the scientific development of Guazhou's rural tourism under the government regulation. Healthy and sustainable development.
