【摘要】：本文對(duì)主要吸納大學(xué)生就業(yè)的18個(gè)行業(yè)在2003-2010年8年間增加值及大學(xué)生就業(yè)人數(shù)兩個(gè)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的變動(dòng)趨勢(shì)及相關(guān)性分析后認(rèn)為:我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與行業(yè)增加值結(jié)構(gòu)存在較為密切的關(guān)聯(lián),并且大學(xué)生就業(yè)的行業(yè)分布不均勻。從提高行業(yè)增加值來(lái)提升大學(xué)生就業(yè)的角度而言:應(yīng)大力發(fā)展教育,公共管理和社會(huì)組織,衛(wèi)生、社會(huì)保障和社會(huì)福利業(yè),科學(xué)研究、技術(shù)服務(wù)和地質(zhì)勘查業(yè)等4個(gè)行業(yè);信息傳輸、計(jì)算機(jī)服務(wù)和軟件業(yè),租賃和商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)這2個(gè)新興行業(yè)均具有一定的就業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿涂臻g,而且符合我國(guó)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的要求,應(yīng)適當(dāng)?shù)赜枰苑龀?制造業(yè)、金融業(yè)則應(yīng)鞏固和維持其當(dāng)前的就業(yè)規(guī)模。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the change trend and correlation of the two basic data of the value added and the number of college students employed in the 18 industries which mainly absorb the employment of college students in 2003-2010. It is concluded that the industry structure and industry of the employment of college students in China are as follows. The structure of value added is closely related. And the employment of college students in the industry distribution is uneven. From the point of view of increasing the added value of the industry to promote the employment of college students, we should vigorously develop four industries: education, public administration and social organization, health, social security and social welfare, scientific research, technical services and geological exploration; The two new industries of information transmission, computer service and software industry, leasing and business service industry all have certain employment development potential and space, and meet the requirements of our country's development of modern service industry, which should be properly supported. The financial sector should consolidate and maintain its current employment.
