【摘要】：2016年12月15日,遼寧大學(xué)舉辦了"國家治理現(xiàn)代化與服務(wù)型政府建設(shè)"全國學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)。會(huì)議圍繞"國家治理現(xiàn)代化與服務(wù)型政府建設(shè)"這一主題,對(duì)國家治理體系構(gòu)建、中外國家治理現(xiàn)代化歷程、公共服務(wù)體系建設(shè)和公共服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)估等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)探討,旨在探尋國家治理現(xiàn)代化和服務(wù)型政府建設(shè)的新途徑和新方法。會(huì)議在研究內(nèi)容上注重宏觀視角與微觀尺度的結(jié)合;在探討層級(jí)上,從中央人民政府到地方各級(jí)人民政府均有涉及,在研究范圍上,覆蓋政府組織、民間團(tuán)體、社區(qū)、居民自治和村民自治組織;在關(guān)注角度上,側(cè)重于理論研究和應(yīng)用研究相結(jié)合。會(huì)議為公共管理學(xué)者探討國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化搭建了展示研究成果和進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流的平臺(tái),共同為推動(dòng)中國國家治理現(xiàn)代化理論發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。
[Abstract]:On December 15, 2016, Liaoning University held a national symposium on "Modernization of State Governance and Construction of Service-oriented Government". Focusing on the theme of "Modernization of State Governance and Construction of Service-oriented Government", the conference systematically discussed the construction of the national governance system, the process of modernization of national governance at home and abroad, the construction of the public service system and the evaluation of public service quality. The aim is to explore new ways and methods for the modernization of national governance and the construction of service-oriented government. The conference paid attention to the combination of macro perspective and micro scale in the content of the research; at the discussion level, from the central people's government to the local people's governments at all levels, it covered government organizations, civil organizations, and communities. Residents' autonomy and villagers' self-government organizations, focusing on the combination of theoretical and applied research. The meeting set up a platform for public management scholars to discuss the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, and to display the research results and carry out academic exchanges, which together contributed to the development of the modernization theory of national governance in China.
