【摘要】：廣大農(nóng)村在"書香鄉(xiāng)村"建設(shè)中存在著諸如書籍種類少、農(nóng)民參與度不高、書籍利用有限、中心管理不到位等問題。明確政府政策導(dǎo)向、完善公共文化運(yùn)行體制、健全各項(xiàng)保障機(jī)制等舉措,創(chuàng)建出一種由政府引導(dǎo)、村社主體、村民參與、多元投入的"書香鄉(xiāng)村"建設(shè)路徑是一條可行之路。
[Abstract]:In the construction of "Shuxiang Village", there are many problems in the rural areas, such as few kinds of books, low participation of farmers, limited use of books and inadequate central management. It is a feasible way to make clear the government policy direction, perfect the system of public culture operation, perfect all kinds of guarantee mechanism and so on, and create a kind of "Shuxiang Village" construction path which is guided by the government, the main body of the village community, the villagers participate and the multi-input.
