【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的檔案管理方法不僅耗費(fèi)大量的人力和物力，同時(shí)保管和查詢等也極其的不方便，檔案使用的效率非常低下，在信息化不斷深化的當(dāng)前，傳統(tǒng)的檔案管理模式越來(lái)越難以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代教育發(fā)展的形勢(shì)，為此，迫切需要應(yīng)用新的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)高職院校學(xué)生檔案管理工作的高效、便捷，這也是本系統(tǒng)研究的依據(jù)和重要意義。高職院校學(xué)生檔案管理系統(tǒng)是為了高職院校學(xué)生檔案管理部門大量的業(yè)務(wù)處理工作而開發(fā)的管理軟件。該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)不僅能輔助學(xué)習(xí)的發(fā)展決策，同時(shí)還能提高學(xué)校管理者的管理效率。系統(tǒng)用戶能夠方便和快速的對(duì)高職院校學(xué)生檔案管理系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)信息進(jìn)行查詢等工作。 在本系統(tǒng)中，總共分為6章，首先，介紹本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景和意義，并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外該系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述。然后主要介紹了本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和相關(guān)工具，，系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用ASP進(jìn)行開發(fā)，并介紹了它的工作原理，ODBC應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)，學(xué)生檔案管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)是基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用SQL Server2005。其次是高職院校學(xué)生檔案管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析，通過(guò)建立起完善的學(xué)生檔案管理系統(tǒng)使得學(xué)校的檔案管理更加科學(xué)化，提高工作效率，便于以后查找數(shù)據(jù)，提高檔案系統(tǒng)的安全性。系統(tǒng)需要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)學(xué)生相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的修改、對(duì)學(xué)生相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的添加、刪除、查詢工作。性能方面需要實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的全面性、可靠性、安全性、兼容性、高效性和可維護(hù)性。高職院校學(xué)生檔案管理系統(tǒng)在結(jié)構(gòu)上分為四個(gè)模塊：系統(tǒng)管理模塊、學(xué)生信息模塊、學(xué)生成績(jī)模塊、公共管理模塊，在系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與功能實(shí)現(xiàn)之后，本文最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)模塊的功能進(jìn)行測(cè)試，通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)登錄管理、學(xué)生成績(jī)信息模塊、學(xué)生成績(jī)管理模塊和公告管理模塊進(jìn)行測(cè)試表明系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)計(jì)的功能，性能良好。
[Abstract]:The traditional file management method not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, but also is extremely inconvenient, and the efficiency of file use is very low. At present, the traditional mode of archives management is more and more difficult to adapt to the situation of modern education development. Therefore, it is urgent to apply the new database management. It is the basis and significance of the system research to realize the high efficiency and convenience of the students' archives management in higher vocational colleges. The student archives management system of higher vocational colleges is a management software developed for a large number of business processing work of the students' Archives Management Department of higher vocational colleges. The development of the system can not only assist the study of the system. At the same time, it can improve the management efficiency of the school administrators. The system users can easily and quickly inquire about the information of the students' archives management system in higher vocational colleges.
In this system, it is divided into 6 chapters. First, it introduces the background and significance of the system development, and summarizes the research status of the system at home and abroad. Then it introduces the key technology and related tools of the system design, the system is developed with ASP, and introduces its working principle, the architecture of the ODBC application system, and the students. The design of the file management system is based on the B/S structure, the database adopts the SQL Server2005. and the second is the demand analysis of the student archives management system of the higher vocational college. Through the establishment of a perfect student archives management system, the archives management of the school is more scientific, the work efficiency is improved, the future data can be found and the security of the file system is improved. The system needs to modify the relevant data of the students, add, delete, and query the related data of the students. The performance needs to achieve the overall system, reliability, security, compatibility, efficiency and maintainability. The system of students' archives management system in higher vocational colleges is divided into four modules: system management module, student letter The interest module, the student achievement module, the public management module, after the detailed design and function realization of each module of the system, the function of each module of the system is tested at the end of the paper. The system has been tested by the system login management, the student achievement information module, the student achievement management module and the announcement management module. The function is good and the performance is good.
