【摘要】：正區(qū)域性公共產(chǎn)品是指利益超越了單個(gè)行政轄區(qū)之外的公共產(chǎn)品。區(qū)域性公共產(chǎn)品供給研究是區(qū)域公共管理、區(qū)域治理等領(lǐng)域研究的重要內(nèi)容,為如何開(kāi)展區(qū)域合作,解決區(qū)域性公共問(wèn)題提供理論支撐。一、區(qū)域性公共產(chǎn)品的特征和分類(一)區(qū)域性公共產(chǎn)品的特征1.受益上的空間性和內(nèi)部差異性。只要區(qū)域性公共產(chǎn)品被提供出來(lái),其受益面一般局限在特定的區(qū)域范圍內(nèi),而其他區(qū)域一般受益不大。
