不確定環(huán)境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性及其治理

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人類社會(huì)的生產(chǎn)方式正在從集聚式的社會(huì)化大生產(chǎn)向分布式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)方式轉(zhuǎn)變。與集聚式的社會(huì)化大生產(chǎn)不同,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)處于高度不確定的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境之中。不確定環(huán)境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性及其治理從微觀層面講是一個(gè)企業(yè)管理問題,從系統(tǒng)層面講更是一個(gè)公共管理問題。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)方式的分布式特點(diǎn)決定了這種生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)必然要經(jīng)受各種突發(fā)擾動(dòng)的沖擊。網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中節(jié)點(diǎn)表示利益相關(guān)者,而連接邊則表示利益相關(guān)者之間的關(guān)系。由于突發(fā)擾動(dòng)的突發(fā)性、破壞性和擴(kuò)散性等特點(diǎn),使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的節(jié)點(diǎn)容易遭受沖擊,導(dǎo)致節(jié)點(diǎn)和連接邊的刪除,使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)具有極大的不穩(wěn)定性,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)的優(yōu)勢(shì)難以有效發(fā)揮。本文嘗試運(yùn)用圖論、傳播學(xué)、沖擊模型、系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)以及治理等理論和方法,對(duì)不確定環(huán)境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性及其治理進(jìn)行研究。 首先,運(yùn)用圖論理論對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了描述和刻畫。對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)方式的基本特征和運(yùn)行模式進(jìn)行了分析。根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)方式的特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng),對(duì)其涉及的關(guān)鍵要素進(jìn)行闡述,為更直觀的展示網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu),運(yùn)用圖論理論對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行描述和刻畫; 其次,運(yùn)用傳播學(xué)理論對(duì)突發(fā)擾動(dòng)進(jìn)行了分析。對(duì)突發(fā)擾動(dòng)進(jìn)行了分類,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了突發(fā)擾動(dòng)的來源、性質(zhì)和特點(diǎn)。然后運(yùn)用傳播學(xué)理論對(duì)突發(fā)擾動(dòng)的作用機(jī)理、演變規(guī)律等進(jìn)行了分析; 再次,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)和沖擊模型等理論對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了分析。分析了系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的內(nèi)涵、表現(xiàn)形式和特征;提出了衡量系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)和性能指標(biāo)。進(jìn)一步分析了突發(fā)擾動(dòng)對(duì)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的影響。然后運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)和沖擊模型等理論構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的去邊比例和去點(diǎn)比例模型,并進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬; 最后,構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的三級(jí)協(xié)同治理體系。根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性受節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)、企業(yè)間相互關(guān)系和整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境影響的特點(diǎn),提出了企業(yè)內(nèi)自治、企業(yè)間協(xié)同治理和整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員共治的三級(jí)協(xié)同治理模式。并相應(yīng)的提出了微觀治理、中觀治理和宏觀治理的三層治理機(jī)制。通過治理結(jié)構(gòu)、治理機(jī)制和治理模式的作用,構(gòu)建了不確定環(huán)境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的三級(jí)協(xié)同治理體系。 不確定環(huán)境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性及其治理是對(duì)類似公共管理問題的探索性研究,本文的研究將有助于社會(huì)生產(chǎn)方式的發(fā)展完善,有助于提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性,有助于促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和升級(jí),有助于社會(huì)生產(chǎn)從傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化生產(chǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)型。同時(shí),將有助于拓展公共管理問題的研究方法,促進(jìn)相關(guān)理論的發(fā)展完善。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the production mode of human society is changing from the centralized social production to the distributed network production mode. Different from the centralized socialized production, the network production is in a highly uncertain social and economic environment. The stability of the networked production system under the uncertain environment and its Governance is a business management problem from the micro level, and it is a public management problem from the system level.
The distributed characteristics of the networked production mode determine that the production system will inevitably undergo a variety of sudden disturbances. The nodes represent the stakeholders in the networked production system, while the connection edges represent the relationships among the stakeholders. The network production system is caused by the sudden, destructive and diffusing characteristics of the sudden disturbance. The nodes and the connection edges are easily deleted, which makes the network production system have great instability, and the advantages of network production are difficult to play effectively. This paper tries to use the theory and method of graph theory, communication, impact model, system dynamics and governance, to the networked production system under the uncertain environment. The stability and its control are studied.
First, the network production system is described and depicted with the theory of graph theory. The basic characteristics and operation mode of the network production mode are analyzed. Based on the characteristics of the network production mode, the networked production system is constructed, and the key elements involved are expounded, so as to display the network production system more intuitively. The network production system is described and depicted by graph theory.
Secondly, the sudden disturbance is analyzed with the theory of communication, and the sudden disturbance is classified. On this basis, the source, properties and characteristics of the sudden disturbance are analyzed. Then the mechanism of the sudden disturbance and the law of evolution are analyzed by using the theory of communication.
Thirdly, the stability of the networked production system is analyzed by using the theory of system dynamics and impact model. The connotation, form and characteristics of the stability of the system are analyzed. The structural index and performance index are put forward to measure the stability of the system. The impact of the sudden disturbance on the system is further analyzed. Then the system dynamic is used. Based on the theory of mechanics and impact, the destabilization ratio and the point to point ratio model of system stability are constructed, and numerical simulation is carried out.
Finally, the three level cooperative governance system for the stability of the system is constructed. According to the characteristics of the stability of the networked production system, the relationship between the enterprises, the inter enterprise relationship and the overall network environment is influenced by the network production system, the three level cooperative governance model of the internal autonomy, the cooperative governance between enterprises and the co governance of the whole network members is put forward. The three level governance mechanism of view governance, meso governance and macro governance. Through the role of governance structure, governance mechanism and governance mode, the three level cooperative governance system for the stability of networked production system under uncertain environment is constructed.
The stability and governance of networked production systems under uncertain environment is an exploratory study of similar public management problems. This study will help to improve the development of social production methods, improve the stability and reliability of the networked production system, promote the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure, and contribute to the social life. The transformation from traditional production to networked production will help expand the research methods of public management and promote the development of relevant theories.
