【摘要】：正圍繞市委去年一號課題制度街道社區(qū)體制改革"1+6"文件,目前上海全市各區(qū)縣正紛紛忙著翻牌子、調(diào)機構(gòu)。其中,長寧區(qū)委書記王為人提出"四轉(zhuǎn)八變"的要求,推動區(qū)職能部門同步轉(zhuǎn)型,服務于街道向"公共管理、公共服務、公共安全"職能轉(zhuǎn)變,絕不能簡單地理解為是"翻翻牌子"、"拼拼桌子"、"挪挪位子"。機構(gòu)調(diào)整后街鎮(zhèn)任務加重,
