【摘要】：公共服務(wù)是現(xiàn)代政府體現(xiàn)其職能的重要領(lǐng)域,其發(fā)展水平的先進(jìn)與否標(biāo)志著現(xiàn)代政府責(zé)任品質(zhì)與能力的高低。在歷史發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,公共管理服務(wù)運(yùn)動歷經(jīng)了改革的洗禮,逐漸實(shí)踐了多種服務(wù)功能,如:政府化、市場化、社會化,伴隨著公共管理運(yùn)動的不斷創(chuàng)新,現(xiàn)代政府公共管理績效也在不斷進(jìn)行突破和創(chuàng)新,深入而全面分析公共管理運(yùn)動,并尋找現(xiàn)代政府管理績效領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的責(zé)任困境出路,是當(dāng)前我國公共管理服務(wù)和績效實(shí)踐的思考課題。
[Abstract]:Public service is an important field for modern government to embody its functions. The level of its development marks the quality and ability of modern government responsibility.In the process of historical development, the public management service movement has experienced the baptism of reform, and has gradually implemented a variety of service functions, such as: government, marketization, socialization, along with the continuous innovation of the public management movement.The performance of modern government's public management is also carrying on the breakthrough and the innovation unceasingly, deeply and comprehensively analyzes the public management movement, and looks for the responsibility predicament outlet in the field of the modern government's management performance.Is our country public administration service and the performance practice ponder the topic at present.
