【摘要】：正編者按:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)從計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)走向社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),勞動(dòng)與社會(huì)保障關(guān)系的總體運(yùn)行方式也從計(jì)劃配置、國(guó)家用工、公共管理、行政調(diào)節(jié)、勞動(dòng)保險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向市場(chǎng)配置、企業(yè)用工、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、合同調(diào)節(jié)、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)�！秳趧�(dòng)法》作為這一時(shí)期的重要立法,涵蓋了勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的方方面面,包括勞動(dòng)市場(chǎng)與就業(yè)促進(jìn)、個(gè)別勞動(dòng)關(guān)系、集體勞動(dòng)關(guān)系、女職工和未成年工特殊保護(hù)、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)與福利、勞動(dòng)基準(zhǔn)與勞動(dòng)監(jiān)察、法律責(zé)任與爭(zhēng)議處理等,奠定了我國(guó)現(xiàn)代勞動(dòng)法制的基礎(chǔ)。自
