儒家教化觀本義及其與當(dāng)代公共管理的共鳴

【摘要】:儒家的治世之道是綜合了禮、樂(lè)、刑、政的全方位"教化"觀念。本文通過(guò)爬梳典籍,首先闡明"教化"之原本意義,以及它不同于"奴化"和"說(shuō)教"的旨趣所在;其次分析"教化"之兩端——"政"與"教"之間的關(guān)系,以具體理解儒家教化的施行方式;最后援引"公共管理"這一主張政治國(guó)家與公民社會(huì)充分合作的治理方案來(lái)彰明教化之思路,并借助"文化政策"的視角來(lái)理解教化對(duì)禮樂(lè)的運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:The Confucian way of governing the world is to synthesize the concept of "education" in all directions, such as propriety, music, punishment and politics. This article, through climbing and combing the books, first explains the original meaning of "enlightenment" and its purport which is different from "enslavement" and "preaching". Secondly, the relationship between "politics" and "religion" is analyzed to understand the mode of Confucian enlightenment. Finally, we cite the "public management", which advocates the full cooperation between the political state and the civil society, in order to clarify the thinking of teaching, and use "cultural policy" to understand the application of enlightenment to etiquette and music.
