【摘要】：正本期論文從供給測(cè)改革、政府公共政策、公共價(jià)值創(chuàng)造、社會(huì)體制重塑、服務(wù)監(jiān)管等幾個(gè)方面討論公共管理。供給測(cè)改革是中央的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)政策。2015年11月10日,黨的總書記兼中央財(cái)經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組組長(zhǎng)習(xí)近平主持召開中央財(cái)經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組第十一次會(huì)議,研究經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革和城市工作,討論了以去產(chǎn)能、去庫存、去杠桿、降成本、補(bǔ)短板為重點(diǎn)的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革策略。2016年1月27日,中央財(cái)經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組進(jìn)行第十二次會(huì)議,研究供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革方案,定調(diào)后,正式拉開大幕。習(xí)近平強(qiáng)
[Abstract]:This paper discusses public management from the following aspects: supply test reform, government public policy, public value creation, social restructuring, service supervision, etc. The supply test reform is an important economic policy of the central government.
