【摘要】：運用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、地理信息、視頻監(jiān)控、LBS等技術(shù),基于感知、分析、服務(wù)、指揮、監(jiān)察"五位一體"的城管物聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺開發(fā)部署指揮調(diào)度系統(tǒng),用信息化手段落實貫穿北京城管市、區(qū)、街、隊員四級的指揮調(diào)度體系和業(yè)務(wù)流程,構(gòu)建了城管扁平化指揮調(diào)度體系,打破了按屬地層級逐級下達(dá)指揮調(diào)度指令的傳統(tǒng)指揮模式,實現(xiàn)常態(tài)與應(yīng)急指揮的一體化管理、扁平化指揮與常態(tài)運行管理的結(jié)合,有效推進(jìn)了感知數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的高峰勤務(wù)模式。
[Abstract]:Based on the technologies of Internet of things, Mobile Internet, Geographic Information, Video Surveillance and LBS, based on perception, analysis, service, command and supervision of the "five-in-one" urban management Internet of things platform, the development and deployment of command and scheduling system, By means of information technology, the command and dispatch system and business process running through the four levels of urban management, district, street, and team members in Beijing have been implemented, and a flat command and dispatch system of urban management has been constructed. It breaks down the traditional command mode of issuing command and dispatch orders according to local level, realizes the integrated management of normal and emergency command, combines flat command with normal operation management, and effectively advances the peak service mode driven by perceptual data.
