【摘要】：伴隨信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,我國(guó)高校數(shù)字圖書館建設(shè)作為圖書館建設(shè)新階段,充滿了蓬勃向上的時(shí)代氣息。面對(duì)數(shù)字信息時(shí)代紛繁復(fù)雜的信息資源,高校數(shù)字圖書館如何對(duì)這些信息資源進(jìn)行合理開發(fā)、充分利用以及有效儲(chǔ)存就顯得極有重要。本文立足于我國(guó)數(shù)字圖書館的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從管理學(xué)、情報(bào)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)等多學(xué)科交叉融合的角度對(duì)高校數(shù)字圖書館信息資源的整合進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析。 本文從管理學(xué)視角出發(fā),將目前已在企業(yè)管理、公共管理中成熟應(yīng)用的信息資源管理理論引入高校數(shù)字圖書館信息資源管理領(lǐng)域。首先,從信息資源管理概念出發(fā),對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校數(shù)字圖書館信息資源進(jìn)行了界定,分析了高校數(shù)字信息資源管理的必要性,指出了高校數(shù)字圖書館信息資源管理的管理原則、策略。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合信息技術(shù)、流程再造技術(shù)系統(tǒng)性制定了高校數(shù)字圖書館信息資源管理的流程、業(yè)務(wù)管理技術(shù)以及生產(chǎn)與服務(wù)管理技術(shù)。根據(jù)前半部分對(duì)高校數(shù)字圖書館信息資源管理理論、策略與方法等做作系統(tǒng)全面研究與分析,通過對(duì)安徽大學(xué)數(shù)字圖書館進(jìn)行案例研究,分析了該圖書館信息資源管理的現(xiàn)狀。在經(jīng)過理論研究與調(diào)研后,系統(tǒng)性數(shù)理出了安徽大學(xué)數(shù)字圖書館信息資源管理的實(shí)施方案,并指出了其中值得推廣以及存在的不足之處。最后,為提高我國(guó)高校數(shù)字圖書館信息資源管理水平,本文在總結(jié)前文中所出現(xiàn)的高校DL信息資源管理存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試性地從信息管理、技術(shù)管理、人員管理、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理等方向提出了對(duì)我國(guó)數(shù)字圖書館實(shí)施信息資源管理的策略建議,以期為我國(guó)高校提高信息資源管理水平,更好地為高校教學(xué)、科研和管理服務(wù),提供實(shí)踐參考。 本文以比較法和案例分析法為研究方法,根據(jù)信息資源管理理論與方法構(gòu)建我國(guó)高校數(shù)字圖書館信息資源管理研究框架,并對(duì)現(xiàn)階段構(gòu)圖書館信息資源管理存在的問題進(jìn)行了探討。這也是本文的基本貢獻(xiàn)和創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the construction of university digital library in our country, as a new stage of library construction, is full of vigorous and upward atmosphere of the times. It is very important for the digital library of colleges and universities to develop these information resources rationally, to make full use of them and to store them effectively. This paper systematically analyzes the integration of information resources of digital libraries in colleges and universities from the angle of interdisciplinary integration of computer and other subjects. From the perspective of management, this paper introduces the theory of information resource management, which has been used maturely in enterprise management and public management, into the field of information resource management of digital library in colleges and universities. This paper defines the information resources of university digital libraries in China, analyzes on the necessity of the management of digital information resources in colleges and universities, and points out the management principles and strategies of the information resources management in the digital libraries of colleges and universities. Combined with information technology and process reengineering technology, this paper systematically formulates the information resource management process of digital library in colleges and universities. Business management technology and production and service management technology. According to the first half of the digital library information resources management theory, strategies and methods of making a comprehensive study and analysis, Through the case study of the digital library of Anhui University, this paper analyzes on the present situation of the information resource management of the library. After theoretical research and investigation, the paper systematically puts forward the implementation scheme of the information resource management of the digital library of Anhui University. Finally, in order to improve the management level of information resources in the digital libraries of colleges and universities in China, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the management of DL information resources in colleges and universities. In order to improve the level of information resource management, this paper tries to put forward some suggestions on the implementation of information resource management in Chinese digital library from the aspects of information management, technology management, personnel management, database management and so on. Better for the university teaching, scientific research and management services, to provide practical reference. Based on the comparative method and the case analysis method, this paper constructs the research framework of information resource management in the digital library of our country according to the theory and method of information resource management. This paper also probes into the problems existing in the management of library information resources at this stage, which is also the basic contribution and innovation of this paper.
