【摘要】:隨著北京市政路橋管理養(yǎng)護集團的業(yè)務加快發(fā)展,集團在橋梁道路建設的工程項目也越來越多,將這些工程建設項目的規(guī)劃、計劃以及實施管理過程納入正規(guī)化統(tǒng)一管理的需求變得尤為迫切。為了適應集團業(yè)務的快速發(fā)展,同時更為了避免橋梁道路工程在規(guī)劃、計劃、立項以及建設和驗收過程中可能出現(xiàn)的人力物力成本的浪費,北京市政路橋管理養(yǎng)護集團著力搭建一個涵蓋整個工程審批建設流程的信息化系統(tǒng)。北京市政路橋養(yǎng)護集團在工程信息管理系統(tǒng)采用經(jīng)典的B/S架構進行系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和設計。在開發(fā)框架上,本系統(tǒng)選用Spring Mvc框架進行功能模塊的實現(xiàn),頁面的開發(fā)則采用的是JSP+JQuery的組合提升用戶的操作體驗,UI設計也更加人性化。為了提高平臺的開發(fā)效率,也為了讓信息化管理平臺能夠合理、高效和安全,本系統(tǒng)嚴格篩選了需要使用的技術。在業(yè)務功能上,北京市政路橋管理養(yǎng)護集團工程信息管理系統(tǒng)主要分為工程規(guī)劃管理、工程計劃管理、工程項目管理——前期、工程項目管理——后期,以及工程公共管理五大模塊。除此以外,本系統(tǒng)還有系統(tǒng)管理、人員管理等模塊,暫時不做重點討論。本系統(tǒng)旨在將工程建設的前期規(guī)劃,工程計劃,以及工程的立項、施工、驗收等環(huán)節(jié)納入全過程管理范疇。在管理過程中,既能夠節(jié)省環(huán)節(jié)流轉的成本,同時又對工程建設過程中出現(xiàn)的各種數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)一分析匯總。從而預測未來工程建設情況,以便及時發(fā)現(xiàn)工程管理過程中可能存在的各種漏洞,進而幫助企業(yè)實現(xiàn)管理目標。本系統(tǒng)將施工單位信息、工程結算信息和財務決算信息、工程拆分子任務信息、其他費用信息等全面納入系統(tǒng)管理中,企業(yè)管理者能直觀的了解到整個工程的全部費用及施工成本等相關信息,因此能夠對工程當前所在的環(huán)節(jié)以及工程在施工和驗收過程中存在的問題進行有效的分析。建成后的北京市政路橋管理養(yǎng)護集團工程信息管理系統(tǒng)將統(tǒng)一進行工程信息的管理。在管理過程中產生的數(shù)據(jù),將為企業(yè)及時發(fā)現(xiàn)工程建設過程中存在的漏洞以及對未來作出正確決策提供有力的數(shù)據(jù)支撐。但是,本系統(tǒng)在試運行過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)一些不足,用戶希望能夠與增加移動辦公系統(tǒng)的交互使用,該需求將在后期系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化中著力解決。

At the same time, all kinds of data appearing in the process of engineering construction are analyzed and summarized in a unified way, so as to predict the future situation of the project construction, so as to find out in time the various loopholes that may exist in the process of project management. And then help enterprises to achieve management objectives. The system will be the construction unit information, project settlement information and financial information, sub-task information, other cost information into the system management. Enterprise managers can intuitively understand the whole project cost and construction costs and other related information. Therefore, it is possible to effectively analyze the current links of the project and the problems existing in the construction and acceptance of the project. After the completion of the project information management system of Beijing Municipal Road and Bridge Management and maintenance Group, the project information management system will be unified and carried out. However, this system finds some shortcomings in the process of trial operation.
